Claims (8)
- 複数の金属ワイヤから、撚線(1)を製造するための撚線機であって、回転するロータを備えた、前記金属ワイヤを撚るための撚線装置であって、前記ロータは、細長い、径方向外側に向かって湾曲し、かつその両方の端部において回転可能に取り付けられた、前記ロータと共に回転するフライヤー弓を備え、ハウジング(2)が、前記フライヤー弓の回転体積内部、すなわち前記フライヤー弓がその周りを回転する空間内で、2つのロータシャフト軸受ハウジングを用いて2つの別個のロータシャフト部分に、その左端と右端とにおいて懸架された、撚線装置を有する撚線機において、
前記ハウジング(2)内において、前記撚線(1)の方向転換のための、少なくとも1つの回転可能に支持された方向転換ローラ(9)と、前記撚線(1)を案内するための少なくとも1つの案内装置(8)と、が設けられており、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の端面において、前記撚線(1)のための走行面は、その断面に対して楔形のリセスを備え、該楔形のリセスは、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の中心面に対して斜めに、内側に向かって方向付けられた第1の側面(9a)及び第2の側面を備え、前記案内装置(8)は、前記撚線(1)が直線上で、前記案内装置(8)から前記方向転換ローラ(9)まで誘導されることが可能であり、それによって、前記撚線(1)が前記方向転換ローラ(9)の前記第1の側面(9a)に対して、または前記第1の側面(9a)とは異なる、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の前記第2の側面に対して、押し付けられるように配置されていることを特徴とする撚線機。 - 前記撚線(1)の移動方向において、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の後方に、引張装置が配置されており、前記引張装置は、前記方向転換ローラ(9)から排出される前記撚線(1)に張力を加えるのに適していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の撚線機。
- 前記引張装置が、巻線装置であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の撚線機。
- 撚線接点が、前記案内装置(8)上にあり、前記案内装置から、前記撚線(1)は、前記方向転換ローラ(9)に向かって直線上を誘導されることが可能であり、これにより、前記撚線(1)が前記方向転換ローラ(9)の前記第1の側面(9a)に押し付けられ、かつ前記方向転換ローラ(9)の中心面に対してずらされていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の撚線機。
- 前記案内装置(8)が、前記方向転換ローラ(9)に対して移動可能であり、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の中心面に対してほぼ垂直に移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の撚線機。
- 前記案内装置が、回転可能に支持された案内ローラ(9)であることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の撚線機。
- 複数の金属ワイヤから撚線(1)を製造するための、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の撚線機で実施するための方法であって、前記金属ワイヤが、撚線装置内で撚られ、前記撚線(1)は、前記撚線装置から案内装置(8)に誘導され、前記撚線(1)は、直線上を、前記案内装置(8)から方向転換ローラ(9)に誘導され、それによって、前記撚線(1)は、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の第1の側面(9a)に対して、または前記方向転換ローラ(9)の前記第2の側面に対して押し付けられ、前記撚線(1)は、前記方向転換ローラ(9)によって方向転換され、前記撚線(1)は、前記方向転換ローラ(9)から排出される方法。
- 前記撚線(1)が、前記方向転換ローラ(9)によって方向転換する際に、前記方向転換ローラ(9)の前記第1の側面(9a)からまたは前記第2の側面からローラ底部(9b)内に移動することを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の方法。
