Description
この1種以上のポリアミドは、
・この1種以上のポリアミド中の異なる脂肪族モノマー単位の種類数を特定し;
・これらの異なる脂肪族モノマー単位のそれぞれについて、脂肪族モノマー単位当たりのCH2基の個数を決定し;
・こうして決定したCH2基の個数の総和を算出し;
・上記総和を、1種以上のポリアミドの異なる脂肪族モノマー単位の種類数で除算する;
ことによって算出されるCH2比が、少なくとも5.5および10未満であり、この算出には、1種以上のポリアミド中に、1種以上のポリアミドの総重量に対し少なくとも10重量%の量で存在する脂肪族モノマー単位のみを考慮に入れる、圧力容器によって達成された。
・この1種以上のポリアミド中の異なる脂肪族モノマー単位の種類数を特定し;

本発明による容器の中空体は連続繊維を含む。連続繊維はそれ自体当該技術分野において知られており、長繊維(continuous fiber)とも呼ばれ、本明細書においてはアスペクト比が少なくとも500であるものと理解される。例えば、本発明の容器の連続繊維として、数百メートルの長さを有するものを用いることができる。
熱可塑性マトリックスは、任意選択により、次に示す成分:熱安定剤、難燃剤、着色剤、滑剤、離型剤、UV安定剤、耐衝撃性改良剤、核形成剤、ニグロシン、レーザー吸収材およびこれらの組合せ等のいずれかを含む。これらの成分は当業者に知られており、通常は少量で、例えば熱可塑性マトリックスの総重量に対し0.001重量%~10重量%等で存在する。
a.支持体を準備するステップと;

熱可塑性複合材圧力容器に使用するための適合性を示すために様々な熱可塑性マトリックスについて測定を行った。様々なCH2比を有する様々なポリアミドについて試験を行った。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (9)
- 熱可塑性マトリックス中に埋め込まれた連続繊維を含む中空体を含む圧力容器であって、前記熱可塑性マトリックスは、1種以上の脂肪族モノマー単位を含む1種以上のポリアミドを含み、
前記1種以上のポリアミドは、
・前記1種以上のポリアミド中の異なる脂肪族モノマー単位の種類数を特定し;
・これらの異なる脂肪族モノマー単位のそれぞれについて、脂肪族モノマー単位当たりのCH2基の個数を決定し;
・こうして決定したCH2基の個数の総和を算出し;
・前記総和を、前記1種以上のポリアミド中の異なる脂肪族モノマー単位の種類数で除算する;ことにより算出されるCH2比が、5.7~8.5の間にあり、この算出には、前記1種以上のポリアミド中に、前記1種以上のポリアミドの総重量に対し少なくとも10重量%の量で存在する前記脂肪族モノマー単位のみを考慮し、
前記1種以上のポリアミドは、PA-610、PA-612、及びこれらのブレンド物からなる群から選択され、
前記連続繊維の量は、前記中空体の前記連続繊維および前記熱可塑性マトリックスの総体積に対し10~65体積%の間にあり、
前記連続繊維はガラスまたは炭素またはこれらの組合せから選択され、
