Description
図1は、第1の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット10の側面図である。該光学ユニット10は、車両用灯具に用いられる光学ユニットであり、例えば、車両用前照灯に用いられるものである。
本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット100は、レンズモジュール122における遮光部材131を除き、第1の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット10と概略同一の構成を有する。図7(a),図7(b)は、光学ユニット100の光源ユニット114における、光源ユニット14の図4(a),図4(a)と対応する断面図である。遮光部材131(131a,131b,131c)は、第1のレンズ30の厚さ方向の、内部から後面側に向かって突出するように設けられ、第1のレンズ30の後面側に向かって肉厚になる楔形状に形成されている。すなわち、遮光部材131は、水平断面が、前面側頂点が鋭角の二等辺三角形で、上下方向が、少なくとも第1のレンズの上下方向の長さと同寸に延在する、扁平な三角柱状体である。
本実施の形態の変形例として、図8に示すように、遮光部材131A(131Aa,131Ab,131Ac)の形状が、水平断面が、レンズ内に延在する部分は、前面側頂点が鋭角の二等辺三角形で、レンズ後方に突出する部分が、前後方向に細長い半楕円形状を有していてもよい。第2の実施の形態に係る遮光部材131a,131b,131cを、2色成形により、第1のレンズと一体に形成しようとした場合、遮光部材131a,131b,131cの後端部の幅が、第1のレンズ30との結合部分の幅よりも大きくなるため、2次金型の型開きは無理抜きすることになる。遮光部材131A(131Aa,131Ab,131Ac)の様に構成すれば、遮光部材131Aを無理抜きする必要がなく、製品の歩留まりを低下させることがない。
本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット200は、レンズモジュール222における遮光部材231(231a,231b,231cを除き、第1の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット10と概略同様の構成を有する。図9(a),図9(b)は、光学ユニット200の光源ユニット214における、光源ユニット14の図4(a),図4(b)と対応する断面図である。遮光部材231は、第1のレンズ30の厚さ方向の、内部から背面側に向かって突出するように設けられ、第1のレンズ30の背面側に向かって肉薄になる逆楔形状に形成されている。すなわち、遮光部材231(231a,231b,231c)は、水平断面が、後方側頂点が鋭角の二等辺三角形で、上下方向が、少なくとも第1のレンズの上下方向の長さと同寸に延在する、扁平な三角柱状体である。
本発明の第4の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット300は、レンズモジュール322、遮光部材331および光源ユニットの寸法を除き、第1の実施の形態に係る光学ユニット10と概略同様の構成を有する。図10(a),図10(b)に示すように、レンズモジュール322は、複数の第1のレンズ330を備える。複数の第1のレンズ330は、横方向に並置されるだけではなく、縦方向にも並置される、マトリクス状に、一体的に形成されている。
また、上記各実施の形態において、複数の第1のレンズは、それぞれ同じレンズを用いているが、それぞれの形状および大きさは適宜設計することができる。

Claims (4)
- 複数の光源と、
前記複数の光源の各々に、それぞれが対応するように配置され、対応する光源からの光を集光して、所定の仮想面上において対応する光源像を形成する、一体に形成された複数の第1のレンズと、
複数の前記光源像の投影像を前方へと投影する第2のレンズと、
前記複数の第1のレンズにおいて、隣接する2つの第1のレンズ間に延在し、一方の第1のレンズを通過する光が、他方の第1のレンズに入射しないように遮光する遮光部材とを備え、
前記遮光部材と、前記複数の第1のレンズとは、2色成形により一体に形成され、
前記遮光部材は、前記第1のレンズの厚さ方向の、内部から後面側に向かって突出するように設けられていることを特徴とする光学ユニット。 - 前記遮光部材が、前記第1のレンズの後面側に向かって肉厚になる楔形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記遮光部材が、前記第1のレンズの後面側に向かって肉薄になる逆楔形状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の光学ユニット。
- 前記遮光部材が、透過性を有する材料で構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の光学ユニット。
