Claims (4)
- 被加工物を切削するときに用いられる、貫通穴を備える環状の切削ブレードであって、
スピンドルの一端部に固定されるマウントに設けられている円筒状のボス部を該切削ブレードの該貫通穴に挿入するときに、該切削ブレードの向きを示す目印部を該切削ブレードは備え、
該貫通穴の縁に対応する該切削ブレードの内周は、
該切削ブレードの外周円の中心から該切削ブレードの内周までの長さが該ボス部の半径と同じとなる位置合わせ領域と、
該位置合わせ領域と異なる領域に位置し、該切削ブレードの外周円の中心から該切削ブレードの内周までの長さが該ボス部の半径よりも長い余裕領域とを含み、
該目印部を所定の向きに合わせて該貫通穴に該ボス部を挿入して該切削ブレードを該ボス部に設置したときに、該ボス部の回転中心と該切削ブレードの外周円の中心との距離が所定の長さ以下となり、
該目印部は、該切削ブレードの内周から該切削ブレードの外周に向かって該切削ブレードを切り欠く様に設けられており、
該目印部が、該切削ブレードの外周円の中心と該切削ブレードの内周の円の中心との位置ずれに起因して生じる重量バランスのずれを調整するための重量調整部を兼ねることを特徴とする切削ブレード。 - 該切削ブレードの外周円の中心と該切削ブレードの内周の円の中心との位置ずれに起因して生じる重量バランスのずれを調整するための重量調整部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の切削ブレード。
- 該重量調整部は、該切削ブレードの内周から該切削ブレードの外周に向かって該切削ブレードを切り欠く様に設けられた切り欠き部であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の切削ブレード。
- 該切削ブレードは、ブレード全体が切り刃で構成された円環状のハブレスブレードであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の切削ブレード。
