次に図及び実施例を結びあわせて本発明の具体的な実施について更に説明を行うが、本発明はそれに限るものではない。

Claims (8)
- ツールが窒化ケイ素セラミック素地及びダイヤモンドフィルムコーティングからなり、前記ダイヤモンドフィルムコーティングが窒化ケイ素セラミック素地の表面に塗られ、前記ダイヤモンドフィルムコーティングの厚さが7~12μmにあることを特徴とするダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法であって、
以下のステップ:
S1:窒化ケイ素セラミック素地をダイヤモンド微細粉末が混合されたN-ヘキサン懸濁液に入れ、超音波振動でダイヤモンドの種を植える;
S2:ステップS1を完成してからアセトン超音波で窒化ケイ素セラミック素地を3~8分に洗浄してから92~98%の無水アルコール超音波で2~4分に洗浄し、乾燥させてから熱線CVD化学蒸着コーティング炉に設置する;
を含む、ダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法。 - 前記ツールが切断刃先、刃部及びクランプツールホルダーを含み、刃部の周刃前角γが5~15°、刃部の周刃後角αが10~14°、刃部のらせん角度βが15~45°にあり、刃部に刃が4本あることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法。
- 前記切断刃先の円弧半径Rが0.18~0.22mmにあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法。
- 前記刃部は長さH1が4.7~5.3mmにあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法。
- 前記ツールは長さH2が49.5~50.5mmにあることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のダイヤモンドコーティング窒化ケイ素セラミック全体ツールの製造方法。
- ステップS2で、熱線CVD堆積パラメータはフィラメント温度が2000~2400℃、素地温度が750~800℃、総圧力が3.0~5.0kPa、総流量が300~350sccm、CH4/H2が1~3%、堆積時間が6~10hであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 前記ダイヤモンド微細粉末はサイズが0.5~1μmにあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- ステップS1より前に、前記ツールの前部を成形してからCF4プラズマドライエッチングで表面ナノ処理を行ってマイクロラフニングを制御することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の製造方法。
