Description
本発明は、成分A)及びB)を含むポリエチレンパイプに関し、成分A)はトリアジン残基を含有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤であり、成分B)は天然又は合成のハイドロタルサイトであり、かつ成分A)と成分B)との質量比は、1:10~10:1、好ましくは1:5~5:1である。
基A12は、互いに独立して、水素、C1~C12アルキル又はC5~C12シクロアルキルであり、
A13及びA14は、互いに独立して、水素、C1~C12アルキル、C5~C12シクロアルキル又は式(a-1)の基
もしくは基A13及びA14は、A13及びA14に結合する窒素原子と一緒になって、5~10員の複素環を形成し、かつ
a1は、1~20、好ましくは2~20の数であり、繰り返し単位は同一であるか又は異なる];
A22、A23及びA24は、互いに独立して、C2~C10アルキレンであり、かつ
X1、X2、X3、X4、X5、X6、X7及びX8は、互いに独立して、式(a-2)の基
である];
R3及びR4は、互いに独立して、C1~C22アルキル又は式(a-3)の基

成分(B)は天然又は合成のハイドロタルサイトであり、
成分(C)は1,3,5-トリス(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゼンであり、かつ
成分(D)はトリス[2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル]ホスフィットである。
1.1. アルキル化モノフェノール、例えば2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-メチルフェノール、2-tert-ブチル-4,6-ジメチルフェノール、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-エチルフェノール、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-n-ブチルフェノール、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-イソブチルフェノール、2,6-ジシクロペンチル-4-メチルフェノール、2-(α-メチルシクロヘキシル)-4,6-ジメチルフェノール、2,6-ジオクタデシル-4-メチルフェノール、2,4,6-トリシクロヘキシルフェノール、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-メトキシメチルフェノール、側鎖において直鎖又は分枝鎖であるノニルフェノール、例えば、2,6-ジ-ノニル-4-メチルフェノール、2,4-ジメチル-6-(1’-メチルウンデシ-1’-イル)フェノール、2,4-ジメチル-6-(1’-メチルヘプタデシ-1’-イル)フェノール、2,4-ジメチル-6-(1’-メチルペンタデシ-1’-イル)フェノール、2,4-ジメチル-6-(1’-メチルトリデシ-1’-イル)-フェノール及びそれらの混合物。

Claims (8)
- 成分A)、B)、C)及びD)を含むポリエチレンパイプであって、成分A)がトリアジン残基を含有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤であり、成分B)が天然又は合成のハイドロタルサイトであり、かつ成分A)と成分B)との質量比が1:10~10:1であり、
成分A)が、式(A-I-1)
の化合物であり、
成分C)が、1,3,5-トリス(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゼンであり、
成分D)が、トリス(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)ホスフィット、[2,2’-エチレン-ビス-(4,6-ジ-tert.ブチル-フェニル)-1,1’-ジイル]-[1,6-ジメチル-4-(5,7-ジ-tert.ブチル)-3H-1-ベンゾフラン-2-オン)-フェニル]-ホスフィット、又は6-[3-(3-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシ-5-メチルフェニル)プロポキシ]-2,4,8,10-テトラ-tert-ブチルジベンゾ[d,f][1,3,2]ジオキサホスフェピンである、ポリエチレンパイプ。 - 成分B)が、少なくとも1種のマグネシウムアルミニウムヒドロキシドカーボネート水和物又は亜鉛アルミニウムヒドロキシドカーボネート水和物である、請求項1に記載のポリエチレンパイプ。

- ポリエチレンが、高密度ポリエチレン(HD-PE)、中密度ポリエチレン(MD-PE)、低密度ポリエチレン(LD-PE)、直鎖低密度ポリエチレン(LLD-PE)、メタロセンポリエチレン、架橋ポリエチレン(PE-X)、再生ポリエチレン、バイモーダルポリエチレン及びポリエチレン類の混合物から選択される、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレンパイプ。
- 塩素処理水又は非塩素処理水と接触される、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載のポリエチレンパイプ。
- ポリエチレンパイプを安定化するための、成分A)、B)、C)及びD)を含む混合物の使用であって、成分A)がトリアジン残基を含有するヒンダードアミン光安定剤であり、成分B)が天然又は合成のハイドロタルサイトであり、かつ成分A)と成分B)との質量比が1:10~10:1であり、
成分A)が、式(A-I-1)
の化合物であり、
成分C)が、1,3,5-トリス(3,5-ジ-tert-ブチル-4-ヒドロキシベンジル)-2,4,6-トリメチルベンゼンであり、
