Description
(a)切断し、かつ成形した、第一のガラス及び第二のガラスを提供すること;
(b)第二の面及び/又は第四の面に、黒色エナメル塗料を印刷すること;
(c)黒色エナメル塗料に対応する位置で、第二の面又は第四の面上に、エナメル塗料で2次元コードを印刷すること、ここで、この2次元コードが、ガラス及び/又は乗り物の固有の情報を含んでいる;
(d)第一のガラス及び第二のガラスを熱曲げ炉で成形すること;及び
(e)熱曲げしかつ成形した第一のガラス及び第二のガラスの間に中間フィルムをはさみ込み、完成品を得ること。
最初に、切断しかつ成形した、第一のガラス10及び第二のガラス20を提供し、かつこの時点では、第一のガラス及び第二のガラスは、平らなガラスである。
本明細書に開示される発明は以下の態様を含む:
[1]第一のガラス、第二のガラス、及び前記第一のガラスと前記第二のガラスとの間に備え付けられた中間フィルムを含む、2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールドであって、
前記第一のガラスが、乗り物の外側に面した第一の面及び前記中間フィルムに接着した第二の面を含むと同時に、前記第二のガラスが、前記中間フィルムに接着した第三の面及び乗り物の内側に面した第四の面を含み;かつ
黒色エナメル塗料が、前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面に印刷されており;前記第二の面又は前記第四の面が、前記黒色エナメル塗料に対応する位置にエナメル塗料で印刷した2次元コードを具備しており;かつ前記2次元コードが、前記ガラス及び/又は前記乗り物の固有の情報を含んでいる、
2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールド。
[2]前記エナメル塗料が、黒色エナメル塗料又は銀ペーストを含んでいる、上記[1]に記載の乗り物のウィンドシールド。
[3]前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面上の前記黒色エナメル塗料が、前記2次元コードを印刷するための前記エナメル塗料とは異なる光沢を有している、上記[1]に記載の乗り物のウィンドシールド。
[4]乗り物の異なるウィンドシールドに印刷された前記2次元コードが異なっている、上記[1]~[3]のいずれか一つに記載の乗り物のウィンドシールド。
[5]第一のガラス、第二のガラス、及び前記第一のガラスと前記第二のガラスとの間に備え付けられた中間フィルムを含む、2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールドの製造方法であって、
前記第一のガラスが、乗り物の外側に面した第一の面及び前記中間フィルムに接着した第二の面を含むと同時に、前記第二のガラスが、前記中間フィルムに接着した第三の面及び乗り物の内側に面した第四の面を含み;かつ
以下の工程を含む、前記方法:
(a)切断し、かつ成形した、第一のガラス及び第二のガラスを提供すること;
(b)前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面に、黒色エナメル塗料を印刷すること;
(c)前記黒色エナメル塗料に対応する位置で、前記第二の面又は前記第四の面上に、エナメル塗料で2次元コードを印刷すること、ここで、前記2次元コードが、前記ガラス及び/又は前記乗り物の固有の情報を含んでいる;
(d)前記第一のガラス及び前記第二のガラスを熱曲げ炉で成形すること;及び
(e)熱曲げしかつ成形した前記第一のガラス及び前記第二のガラスの間に、中間フィルムをはさみ込み、完成品を得ること。
[6]前記エナメル塗料が、黒色エナメル塗料又は銀ペーストを含んでいる、上記[5]に記載の方法。
[7]前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面上の前記黒色エナメル塗料が、前記2次元コードを印刷するための前記エナメル塗料とは異なる光沢を有している、上記[6]に記載の方法。
[8]前記工程(d)の前に、前記第一のガラス及び/又は前記第二のガラスを予備焼結する工程をさらに含む、上記[5]~[7]のいずれか一つに記載の方法。
[9]前記工程(c)において、乗り物の異なるウィンドシールドのために、異なる2次元コードを印刷する、上記[8]に記載の方法。
Claims (7)
- 第一のガラス、第二のガラス、及び前記第一のガラスと前記第二のガラスとの間に備え付けられた中間フィルムを含む、2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールドであって、
前記第一のガラスが、乗り物の外側に面した第一の面及び前記中間フィルムに接着した第二の面を含むと同時に、前記第二のガラスが、前記中間フィルムに接着した第三の面及び乗り物の内側に面した第四の面を含み;かつ
黒色エナメル塗料が、前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面に印刷されており;前記第二の面又は前記第四の面が、前記黒色エナメル塗料に対応する位置にエナメル塗料で印刷した2次元コードを具備しており;かつ前記2次元コードが、前記ガラス及び/又は前記乗り物の固有の情報を含んでおり;かつ前記エナメル塗料が銀ペーストを含んでいる、
2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールド。 - 前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面上の前記黒色エナメル塗料が、前記2次元コードを印刷するための前記エナメル塗料とは異なる光沢を有している、請求項1に記載の乗り物のウィンドシールド。
- 乗り物の異なるウィンドシールドに印刷された前記2次元コードが異なっている、請求項1又は2に記載の乗り物のウィンドシールド。
- 第一のガラス、第二のガラス、及び前記第一のガラスと前記第二のガラスとの間に備え付けられた中間フィルムを含む、2次元コードを有する乗り物のウィンドシールドの製造方法であって、
前記第一のガラスが、乗り物の外側に面した第一の面及び前記中間フィルムに接着した第二の面を含むと同時に、前記第二のガラスが、前記中間フィルムに接着した第三の面及び乗り物の内側に面した第四の面を含み;かつ
以下の工程を含む、前記方法:
(a)切断し、かつ成形した、第一のガラス及び第二のガラスを提供すること;
(b)前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面に、黒色エナメル塗料を印刷すること;
(c)前記黒色エナメル塗料に対応する位置で、前記第二の面又は前記第四の面上に、エナメル塗料で2次元コードを印刷すること、ここで、前記2次元コードが、前記ガラス及び/又は前記乗り物の固有の情報を含んでおり、かつ前記エナメル塗料が銀ペーストを含んでいる;
(d)前記第一のガラス及び前記第二のガラスを熱曲げ炉で成形すること;及び
(e)熱曲げしかつ成形した前記第一のガラス及び前記第二のガラスの間に、中間フィルムをはさみ込み、完成品を得ること。 - 前記第二の面及び/又は前記第四の面上の前記黒色エナメル塗料が、前記2次元コードを印刷するための前記エナメル塗料とは異なる光沢を有している、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(d)の前に、前記第一のガラス及び/又は前記第二のガラスを予備焼結する工程をさらに含む、請求項4又は5に記載の方法。
- 前記工程(c)において、乗り物の異なるウィンドシールドのために、異なる2次元コードを印刷する、請求項6に記載の方法。
