各种玻璃制品已经广泛应用于各行各业。在汽车工业中,夹层玻璃尤其被用作前挡风玻璃来提高乘车安全性,防止事故发生时玻璃破碎伤人,并具有吸收能量和减震的性能。夹层玻璃又称为夹胶玻璃,是由两片玻璃,之间夹了一层或多层有机聚合物中间膜,经过特殊的高温预压(或抽真空) 及高温高压工艺处理后,使玻璃和中间膜永久粘合为一体的复合玻璃产品。夹层玻璃常用中间膜有PVB(聚乙烯醇缩丁醛)。
为了防伪及识别产地等目的,车辆挡风玻璃的一角通常印刷或喷砂雕刻有生产厂牌、生产厂标记、质量认证标志等信息。然而,这种方式难以大面积标记更多的信息,尤其是以目前工艺来说,每批次玻璃印刷的内容只能完全一致,不能做到每片玻璃对应一个特有标识。采用无线射频识别 (RFID)芯片层压技术能够有效实现防伪功能及更多信息量的存储,但这需要额外的部件,因而费用高昂。随着移动通信技术的发展普及,将能够包含更多数字化信息的二维码应用于车辆挡风玻璃的信息登记及验证已成为发展的趋势。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的就在于解决上述现有技术中存在的问题,提出一种带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃,其中记录玻璃和/或车辆的唯一信息的二维码能够根据实际需要对肉眼可见或不可见,从而有效实现防伪功能并且不会对车辆挡风玻璃的外观造成美观影响。
为此,根据本实用新型,提供一种带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃,所述车辆挡风玻璃包括第一玻璃、第二玻璃以及置于第一玻璃和第二玻璃之间的中间膜,其中,所述第一玻璃具有面向车辆外部的第一表面和与所述中间膜粘附的第二表面;所述第二玻璃具有与所述中间膜粘附的第三表面和面向车辆内部的第四表面;其中,所述第二表面和/或第四表面上印刷有黑瓷漆,在所述第二表面或所述第四表面上对应于黑瓷漆的位置具有用瓷漆印刷的二维码,所述二维码包含玻璃和/或车辆的唯一信息。
根据上述技术构思,本实用新型可进一步包括任何一个或多个如下的优选形式。
在某些优选形式中,所述瓷漆包括黑瓷漆或银浆。
在某些优选形式中,所述第二表面和/或第四表面上的黑瓷漆与印刷二维码的瓷漆具有不同光泽度。
在某些优选形式中,印刷在不同的车辆挡风玻璃上的二维码不同。
采用本实用新型的带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃,能够根据实际需要实现二维码肉眼可见或不可见的外观效果;针对不同的车辆挡风玻璃,还可以实现不同二维码的印刷,通过与智能识别设备(例如手机等)的交互使用,不仅能够实现对玻璃和/或车辆的唯一信息的防伪认证,还能实现其它各种应用,包括但不限于:产品溯源、质量控制、网络查询、电子支付等等。此外,该方案还能避免由于玻璃材料本身的光反射特性导致的二维码识别扫描器的识别误差。

具体实施方式
下面详细讨论实施例的实施和使用。然而,应当理解,所讨论的具体实施例仅仅示范性地说明实施和使用本实用新型的特定方式,而非限制本实用新型的范围。下文使用的“外”和“内”是相对于车身来说的方向,“外”是指远离车身的方向,“内”是指面向车身的方向。
在本文中,“瓷漆”又名磁漆,是以清漆为基料,加入颜料及助剂等研磨而成的,在施涂后所形成的漆膜坚硬、平整光滑,外观类似于搪瓷的色漆。主要包括酚醛磁漆和醇酸磁漆两类,具有良好的光泽、耐候性、耐水性,附着力强,能经受气候的强烈变化等特性。在应用于车辆挡风玻璃(尤其是前挡风玻璃)的场合时,也称为车窗用油墨,主要包含玻璃粉和颜料,大多为黑色,并辅以少量有机溶剂作为分散剂,通常用来在挡风玻璃上印刷形成黑色印边,例如印刷花纹和商标等,并且起到隔绝阳光或紫外线的作用。“车辆挡风玻璃”是指包括第一玻璃、第二玻璃以及置于第一玻璃和第二玻璃之间的中间膜的夹层玻璃。如图1和图2所示的,第一玻璃10可被称为外玻璃,具有面向车辆外部的第一表面1和与中间膜5粘附的第二表面2;第二玻璃20可被称为内玻璃,具有与中间膜5粘附的第三表面3 和面向车辆内部的第四表面4。
根据本实用新型的构思,在第二表面2和/或第四表面4上印刷有黑瓷漆以形成黑色印边,二维码6采用瓷漆印刷在与黑瓷漆对应位置的第二表面2或第四表面4上,其中二维码包含玻璃和/或车辆的唯一信息。举例来说,玻璃的信息可包括制造商、生产厂标记、制造日期、玻璃类型、质量认证标志等信息。车辆的信息可包括车辆品牌标志等车辆身份信息。
以下将结合实施例对本实用新型的带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃及其制备工艺具体描述。
参见图1所示的一种实施方式,该实施方式中二维码6印刷在第二玻璃20的第四表面4上,第一玻璃10的第二表面2上采用常规丝网印刷方式印刷有黑瓷漆。同一批次的玻璃,采用丝网印刷的黑瓷漆均相同。
在某些实施方式中,同样使用黑瓷漆通过喷墨印刷方式针对不同玻璃将不同的二维码6印刷于第四表面4上。喷墨印刷机具有相对低的印刷速度,但具有较高的分辨率,能够很好地实现在较小面积上的较高精度的二维码印刷,并且以瓷漆印刷二维码,使得在车辆寿命的整个周期内能够永久粘附,避免磨损或更改。尤其是,以这种方式,可在车辆内部扫描二维码,而在车辆外部二维码不可见,从而仅对于专业人员来说,二维码的位置是可知的,可靠实现了挡风玻璃的防伪验证功能,同时,还保证了挡风玻璃的外部美观。
在某些实施方式中,在第二玻璃20的第四表面4上也可选择采用常规丝网印刷方式印刷有黑瓷漆。在这些实施方式中,第四表面4上的二维码6 相对于车辆外部可见或不可见。
对于不可见的二维码,例如,第二表面2与第四表面4上都印刷有黑瓷漆,或者第二表面2上印刷有黑瓷漆,可在第四表面4上采用与第二表面2上的黑瓷漆不同光泽度的黑瓷漆来印刷二维码。例如,分别采用较浅的Ferro14501以及较深的JM1T505。
对于可见的二维码,例如,仅第四表面4上印刷有黑瓷漆,第四表面4 上的二维码6可采用银浆印刷而成,以获得高对比度和可视的代码。由此,在车辆内部或车辆外部都可较为明显地肉眼可见第四表面4上的二维码,从而通过二维码识别扫描器来扫描识别信息。
对于在第四表面4上印刷二维码6的各个实施方式,挡风玻璃的制备工艺可按以下步骤进行:
首先,提供切割成型的第一玻璃10和第二玻璃20,此时的第一玻璃和第二玻璃为平面玻璃。
其次,在第一玻璃10的第二表面2和/或第二玻璃20的第四表面4上以丝网印刷方式印刷黑瓷漆。这里优选包括对印刷有黑瓷漆的第二表面2 和/或第四表面4进行预烧结的工序步骤,以有助于固化黑瓷漆并提高玻璃的性能和稳定性。
然后,在第二玻璃20的第四表面4上以喷墨印刷方式印刷黑瓷漆或银浆形成二维码6。
接下来,将第一玻璃10和第二玻璃20送入热弯炉中通过高热高压模压成型为挡风玻璃所需的弯曲弧度,并使得二维码固化烧结。
最后,进入夹胶工序,在热弯成型后的第一玻璃10和第二玻璃20之间夹入透明粘合中间膜,例如PVB,使得两层玻璃紧紧粘合在一起,从而得到挡风玻璃成品。这里应理解的是,所谓的“成品”并不意味着可直接使用的挡风玻璃,常规制备工艺中还可包括例如对玻璃夹层抽真空、高温炉加热等后续工序,以使得形成具有良好隔热性能、高透光度、防爆等优良性能的车辆挡风玻璃。
当需要从车辆外部进行扫描识别时,还可如图2所示的实施方式将二维码6印刷在第一玻璃10的第二表面2上,同时,第二表面2和/或第四表面4上仍然采用常规丝网印刷方式印刷有黑瓷漆以形成黑色印边。
在某些实施方式中,二维码6采用黑瓷漆或者银浆喷墨印刷到第二表面2上。在采用黑瓷漆的实施方式中,还可采用与已形成黑色印边的黑瓷漆不同光泽度的瓷漆来印刷二维码。这样,专业人员可在车辆外部使用识别扫描器对二维码进行识别。同时,由于二维码形成在挡风玻璃的夹层内部,在保持挡风玻璃完好无损的情况下,无法对二维码进行消除或更改,进一步提高了防伪功能。
对于在第二表面2上印刷二维码6的各个实施方式,挡风玻璃的制备工艺与上面已描述的在第四表面4上形成二维码的制备工艺大致类似,区别在于:
在第一玻璃10的第二表面2和/或第二玻璃20的第四表面4上以丝网印刷方式印刷黑瓷漆之后,可对第二表面2和/或第四表面4进行预烧结,之后在已固化烧结的第二表面2上以喷墨印刷方式印刷黑瓷漆或银浆形成二维码6。然后,对第一玻璃10和第二玻璃20进行热弯模压及夹胶工序,从而形成挡风玻璃成品。
采用根据本实用新型的带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃,能够避免包含玻璃和/或车辆信息的二维码在日常使用过程中由于刮擦所造成的磨损,或者被恶意破坏更改,保证了防伪功能,并能够根据实际需要实现各种不同的外观效果和功能性,例如使得二维码肉眼可见或不可见,可在车辆内部扫描或者车辆外部扫描,不同的玻璃具有不同二维码等等。在以上各个实施方式中所例举的瓷漆的颜色或者种类仅为示例而非限制,在不背离本实用新型的思想和范围的情况下,还可采用其余任何可实施的颜色或者种类。此外,还应当理解的是,虽然二维码可形成在挡风玻璃黑色印边的任意位置,优选形成在玻璃的一角,以便于专业人员观察和扫描识别。
以上已揭示本实用新型的技术内容及技术特点,然而可以理解,在本实用新型的创作思想下,本领域的技术人员可以对上述公开的构思作各种变化和改进,但都属于本实用新型的保护范围。上述实施方式的描述是例示性的而不是限制性的,本实用新型的保护范围由权利要求所确定。

Claims (4)

1.一种带有二维码的车辆挡风玻璃,所述车辆挡风玻璃包括第一玻璃、第二玻璃以及置于第一玻璃和第二玻璃之间的中间膜,其中,所述第一玻璃具有面向车辆外部的第一表面和与所述中间膜粘附的第二表面;所述第二玻璃具有与所述中间膜粘附的第三表面和面向车辆内部的第四表面;
其特征在于,所述第二表面和/或第四表面上印刷有黑瓷漆,在所述第二表面或所述第四表面上对应于黑瓷漆的位置具有用瓷漆印刷的二维码,所述二维码包含玻璃和/或车辆的唯一信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆挡风玻璃,其特征在于,所述瓷漆包括黑瓷漆或银浆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆挡风玻璃,其特征在于,所述第二表面和/或第四表面上的黑瓷漆与印刷二维码的瓷漆具有不同光泽度。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的车辆挡风玻璃,其特征在于,印刷在不同的车辆挡风玻璃上的二维码不同。
