Description
最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
本開示のワイヤーハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本発明はこれらの例示に限定されるものではない。
表1に記載の組成で、ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー、アクリレートモノマー、光重合開始剤を配合することにより、光硬化性組成物を調製した。
(d-1)Omnirad 184:1-ヒドロキシシクロヘキシル-フェニル-ケトン(アルキルフェノン系)
図6に示すように、石英板41の上に、液面の高さが5mmとなるように光硬化性組成物42を配置し、配置した光硬化性組成物42の上に平行円盤型レオメータ(アントンパール製「MCR102」の測定治具(φ12mmプレート43)を接触配置した。光硬化性組成物42は、φ12mmプレート43と同じ円面積を有する円柱状とした。次いで、石英板41の下に配置した、中心波長が385nmのLED照射機44(LED-UVランプ)から紫外線(100mW/cm2)を照射した。弾性率が上昇し始めるまでの時間を照射時間とした。照射時間(s)に対する弾性率(Pa・s)を測定した。硬化開始時間が5秒以下の場合を「A」、硬化開始時間が5秒超10秒以下の場合を「B」、硬化開始時間が10秒超30秒以下の場合を「C」、30秒でも硬化が開始されない場合を「D」とした。

Claims (22)
- 絶縁電線の露出された導体部分が止水材で覆われたワイヤーハーネスであって、
前記止水材が、光硬化性樹脂および光重合開始剤を含有する光硬化性組成物の硬化物であり、
前記光硬化性組成物における前記光重合開始剤の含有量が、前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し0.2質量部以上0.9質量部以下である、ワイヤーハーネス。
ただし、前記光硬化性組成物が熱ラジカル重合開始剤を含有する場合を除く。 - 前記光重合開始剤が、アシルホスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤を含む、請求項1に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記光重合開始剤が、アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記光硬化性組成物は、前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し、前記アシルホスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤を0.1質量部以上0.4質量部以下、前記アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤を0.5質量部以上0.8質量部以下含有する、請求項3に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂は、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート以外の(メタ)アクリレートをさらに含む、請求項5に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートは、ポリエーテル鎖、ポリエステル鎖、ポリカーボネート鎖のいずれかを有するウレタン(メタ)アクリレートである、請求項5または請求項6に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記止水材で覆われた部分の、径方向中心から径方向外側までの距離が3mm以上である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記絶縁電線の露出された導体部分は、複数本の絶縁電線の露出された導体部分が相互に接合されたスプライス部を含む、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 前記光硬化性組成物における前記光重合開始剤の含有量が、前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し0.5質量部以下である、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載のワイヤーハーネス。
- 絶縁電線の導体部分を止水する止水材として用いられ、光硬化性樹脂および光重合開始剤を含有し、前記光重合開始剤の含有量が、前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し0.2質量部以上0.9質量部以下である、光硬化性組成物。
ただし、前記光硬化性組成物が熱ラジカル重合開始剤を含有する場合を除く。 - 前記光重合開始剤が、アシルホスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤を含む、請求項11に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光重合開始剤が、アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤をさらに含む、請求項12に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し、前記アシルホスフィンオキサイド系光重合開始剤を0.1質量部以上0.4質量部以下、前記アルキルフェノン系光重合開始剤を0.5質量部以上0.8質量部以下含有する、請求項13に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂が、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートを含む、請求項11から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光硬化性樹脂が、ウレタン(メタ)アクリレート以外の(メタ)アクリレートをさらに含む、請求項15に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記ウレタン(メタ)アクリレートが、ポリエーテル鎖、ポリエステル鎖、ポリカーボネート鎖のいずれかを有する、請求項15または請求項16に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 前記光重合開始剤の含有量が、前記光硬化性樹脂100質量部に対し0.5質量部以下である、請求項11から請求項17のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性組成物。
- 請求項11から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性組成物の硬化物である、硬化物。
- 絶縁電線の露出された導体部分が止水材で覆われたワイヤーハーネスの製造方法であって、
請求項11から請求項18のいずれか1項に記載の光硬化性組成物で前記絶縁電線の露出された導体部分を覆い、前記絶縁電線の露出された導体部分を覆う光硬化性組成物を硬化することにより、前記止水材を形成する、ワイヤーハーネスの製造方法。 - 365nm以上395nm以下の光を照射することにより、前記絶縁電線の露出された導体部分を覆う光硬化性組成物を硬化する、請求項20に記載のワイヤーハーネスの製造方法。
- 200mW/cm2以下の放射照度で、前記絶縁電線の露出された導体部分を覆う光硬化性組成物を硬化する、請求項20または請求項21に記載のワイヤーハーネスの製造方法。
