Description
Claims (11)
- バッテリーセルを移送するセル移送ユニットと、
予め決められた個数単位で各バッテリーセルの開放電圧を測定して良品バッテリーセルと不良バッテリーセルを選別するセル検査ユニットと、
前記良品バッテリーセルを挿入するためのバッテリーモジュールのモジュールフレームを移送するフレーム移送ユニットと、
前記不良バッテリーセルを積載及び排出するセル排出ユニットと、
前記セル移送ユニット、前記セル検査ユニット、前記フレーム移送ユニット及び前記セル排出ユニットのうちいずれか一つのユニットから一つ以上の前記バッテリーセルをピックアップして他の一つのユニットに搬送するグリッパーユニットと、を含み、
前記フレーム移送ユニットは、相互に平行に延びて配置される第1フレーム移送ユニット及び第2フレーム移送ユニットを含み、
前記セル検査ユニットは、前記第1フレーム移送ユニットと前記第2フレーム移送ユニットとの間に配置されていることを特徴とする、工程自動化システム。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、各々QRコード(登録商標)を備え、
前記セル検査ユニットは、前記QRコード(登録商標)をスキャンして各バッテリーセル毎の開放電圧の値をサーバーに伝送するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工程自動化システム。 - 前記セル検査ユニットは、各バッテリーセルの開放電圧を測定する電圧測定機と、各バッテリーセルのQRコード(登録商標)スキャナーと、含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記セル検査ユニットは、周縁に沿って配置されるセルホルダーを備え、時計回りまたは反時計回りに回転可能に設けられたターンテーブルをさらに含み、
前記電圧測定機及び前記QRコード(登録商標)スキャナーは、前記ターンテーブルを挟んで互いに対向して配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の工程自動化システム。 - 前記バッテリーセルは、円筒状のバッテリーセルであり、
前記セル検査ユニットは、前記ターンテーブルの一側端の上部に配置されて前記セルホルダーに挿入されるバッテリーセルのうち一つ以上のバッテリーセルの上下を反転させるセル反転機をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の工程自動化システム。 - 前記セル反転機は、前記セルホルダーに挿入されたバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも一つを把持できるように設けられたクランプと、前記クランプを±180°回転させるローテーターと、前記ローテーターと連結され、上下方向へ移動可能に設けられた移動ブロックとを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記セルホルダーは4個であり、前記ターンテーブル上で四角形をなすように配置され、前記ターンテーブルが回転して各セルホルダーに装着された前記バッテリーセルの電圧測定、QRコード(登録商標)スキャン、上下反転が行われるように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記セル検査ユニットは、前記開放電圧の値が予め設定した第1設定範囲に属するバッテリーセルを第1良品バッテリーセルとして決定し、前記開放電圧の値が予め設定した第2設定範囲に属するバッテリーセルを第2良品バッテリーセルとして決定する制御部を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記第1良品バッテリーセルまたは前記第2良品バッテリーセルを臨時で積載するための臨時積載ユニットをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記制御部は、前記第1良品バッテリーセルが前記第1フレーム移送ユニットに供給され、前記第2良品バッテリーセルが前記第2フレーム移送ユニットに供給されるように前記グリッパーユニットを制御するように構成されたことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の工程自動化システム。
- 前記セル排出ユニットが、前記不良バッテリーセルを積載するように設けられた排出トレイと、前記排出トレイを移動するコンベヤーと、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の工程自動化システム。
