Description
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されない、方法
によって解決される。
b1)プロピレンオキシド及び/又はブチレンオキシド及びエチレンオキシドをベースとし、使用するアルキレンオキシドの総量に基づいて40質量%を超えるエチレンオキシド含有量、20から100mgKOH/gのOH価、及び20%を超える一級OH基の含有量を有する、少なくとも1種の二官能又は多官能ポリエーテルオール、及び
b2)プロピレンオキシド及び/又はブチレンオキシド、及び必要に応じてエチレンオキシドをベースとし、エチレンオキシド含有量が40質量%以下であり、25mgKOH/gを超えるOH価を有する、少なくとも1種の二官能又は多官能ポリエーテルオール、からなり、
成分(b)から(f)の総質量に基づいて最大で15質量%までの量の水、及びゲル触媒及び発泡触媒の混合物を使用し、発泡は20から120の指数範囲で行われる。指数は、ヒドロキシル基のイソシアネート基に対する比を定義する。すなわち、それぞれ、1:1の比は100の指数として定義され、過剰なヒドロキシル基は指数<100として定義され、過剰のイソシアネートは指数>100として定義される。
成分(b1)は、プロピレンオキシド及び/又はブチレンオキシド及びエチレンオキシドをベースとし、各場合とも使用するアルキレンオキシドの総量に基づいて、40質量%を超える、好ましくは60質量%を超えるエチレンオキシド含有量、20から120mgKOH/g、好ましくは30から60mgKOH/gのOH価、及び20%を超える、好ましくは40から85%の一級OH基の含有量を有する、少なくとも1種の二官能又は多官能ポリエーテルオールからなる。
新規ポリウレタンの製造に適した有機ポリイソシアネート(a)は、それ自体既知の脂肪族、脂環式、芳香脂肪族及び好ましくは芳香族の多官能イソシアネートである。
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されない、方法。
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されず、
熱成形を0.33から0.9の範囲で3方向すべてに線形圧縮比(LCR)を用いて実行する、方法。
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されず、
発泡体(F1)が、3から20g/lの範囲の密度を有するメラミン及びホルムアルデヒドをベースとする発泡体である、方法。
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されず、
発泡体(F1)が、10から150g/lの範囲の密度を有するポリウレタン発泡体である、方法。
熱成形プロセスは、長さL、幅W及び深さDを有する発泡体のブロックについて記載する。

Claims (9)
- -0.8から0.3の範囲のポアソン比を有する発泡体(FA)を製造する方法であって、工程(i)及び(ii):
(i) DIN EN29053により決定して、3000から8000Pas/m2の範囲の流動抵抗を有する発泡体(F1)を提供する工程、
(ii) 発泡体(F1)を、三軸圧縮を含む熱成形に供する工程、
を含み、発泡体(F1)が工程(ii)の前に網状化されていない、方法。 - 前記熱成形を、0.33から0.9の範囲で3方向すべてに線形圧縮比(LCR)を用いて実行する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工程(ii)が、温度(T1)での少なくとも1つの圧縮工程(C1)及び少なくとも1つの離型工程(D)を含む、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体(F1)が、3から20g/lの範囲の密度を有するメラミン及びホルムアルデヒドをベースとする発泡体である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体(F1)が、1:1から1:3の範囲の比のメラミン及びホルムアルデヒドをベースとする発泡体である、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱成形を120から260℃の範囲の温度で実行する、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記発泡体(F1)が、10から150g/lの範囲の密度を有するポリウレタン発泡体である、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱成形を120から240℃の温度範囲で実行する、請求項1から3又は7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって得られる又は得ることができる発泡体を、エネルギー吸収装置として、封止、絶縁又は固定するための材料として、又は吸音材として、使用する方法。
