Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um método para preparar um elastômero de poliuretano, em que o dito método compreende a etapa de reagir pelo menos uma composição de isocianato (zi) e uma composição de poliol (zp) compreendendo um poliol de poli-e-caprolactona obtido ou obtenível reagindo e-caprolactona e uma molécula iniciadora selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste em dióis possuindo um peso molecular numérico médio na faixa de 80 a 1500 g/ mol para obter um pré-polímero com funcionalidade isocianato e a etapa de reagir o pré-polímero obtido conforme a etapa (i) com pelo menos um extensor de cadeia (kv), em que a composição de poliol (zp) compreende polióis de a-hidro-¿-hidroxi-poli(oxitetra-metileno) em uma quantidade que varia de 0 a 1% em peso com base na composição de poliol (zp) total. a presente invenção refere-se ainda a um elastômero de poliuretano obtido ou obtenível por tal método e também ao método de utilização de um elastômero de poliuretano de acordo com a invenção ou um elastômero de poliuretano obtido ou obtenível de acordo com um método da invenção na fabricação de um artigo moldado, em especial um elemento de amortecimento, um amortecedor ou um elemento de diminuição de impacto ou parte de um sapato ou de uma sola de sapato, por exemplo, parte de uma sola de inserção ou de uma sola intermediária.
