Description
(1) バルーン補助装置であって、
近位端部から遠位端部まで軸線に沿って延在し、かつ前記軸線を部分的に包囲する断面を備える内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合されたバルーンと、を備えるバルーン補助装置。
(2) 前記バルーンが、前記内側本体に接着された可撓性材料の外装と、前記外装と前記内側本体との間の、前記バルーンの内側を構成する容積と、を備える、実施態様1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(3) 前記バルーンと封止連通する膨張チューブを更に備える、実施態様1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(4) 前記バルーン補助装置の前記近位端部から、近位方向にて、前記軸線と平行に延在する押出器を更に備える、実施態様1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(5) 前記バルーンと封止連通する膨張チューブを更に備える、実施態様4に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(7) 前記内側本体が、弾性材料により形成されている、実施態様6に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(8) 前記分割円筒が、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで前記軸線と平行な直線状のスリットを備える、実施態様7に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(9) 前記分割円筒が、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで前記軸線の周囲で螺旋状に延在する螺旋状のスリットを備える、実施態様7に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(10) 前記外装が、前記分割円筒の外面の輪郭に従う4つの辺を有する外周に沿って、内側本体へと接着されている、実施態様6に記載のバルーン補助装置。
(12) バルーン補助カテーテルシステムであって、
カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの外側に取り外し可能に係合するバルーン補助装置であって、
近位端部及び遠位端部を有する分割円筒を備える内側本体、並びに
前記内側本体に接着された膨張可能なバルーンと、を備えるバルーン補助装置と、を備える、バルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
(13) 前記分割円筒が、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで延在する直線状の開口部により分割されている、実施態様12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
(14) 前記バルーン補助装置が、前記バルーン補助装置から近位方向に延在する押出器を更に備える、実施態様12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
(15) 前記バルーン補助装置が、前記膨張可能な外装と封止連通する膨張チューブを更に備える、実施態様12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
前記バルーン補助装置の弾性内側本体内におけるスリットを拡張させる工程と、
前記拡張したスリットを介してカテーテルを挿入する工程と、
前記拡張したスリットを解放して、前記カテーテルの周囲で収縮させる工程と、を含む、バルーン補助装置の使用方法。
(17) 押出器を使用して、前記カテーテルに沿って、患者の血管系における治療部位へと前記バルーン補助装置を摺動させることを更に含む、実施態様16に記載の方法。
(18) 膨張チューブを使用して、前記バルーン補助装置を前記治療部位にて膨張させることを更に含む、実施態様17に記載の方法。
(19) 前記膨張したバルーン補助装置が前記治療部位にて血管を閉塞している間に、外科的処置を実行することを更に含む、実施態様18に記載の方法。
(20) 前記バルーン補助装置を収縮させることと、
前記収縮したバルーン補助装置を引き抜くことと、を更に含む、実施態様19に記載の方法。
Claims (19)
- バルーンガイドカテーテル上でバルーンが移動することを補助するためのバルーン補助装置であって、
近位端部から遠位端部まで軸線に沿って延在し、かつ前記バルーンガイドカテーテル上で移動可能な内側本体と、
前記内側本体に接合されたバルーンと、を備え、
前記バルーンが、前記内側本体の外側表面上に接着された可撓性材料の外装と、前記外装と前記内側本体との間の、前記バルーンの内側を構成する容積と、を備え、
前記軸線が延在する軸線方向における前記外装の長さは、前記軸線方向における前記内側本体の長さよりも小さく、前記内側本体の前記近位端部および前記遠位端部には、前記外装が位置しておらず、前記軸線方向における前記外装の長さは、前記軸線方向における前記内側本体の長さの半分よりも大きい、バルーン補助装置。 - 前記バルーンと封止連通し、前記バルーン内に流体を導入して前記バルーンを膨張させる膨張チューブを更に備える、請求項1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記膨張チューブは、前記膨張チューブの近位端から前記内側本体の前記近位端部に位置する第1部分まで金属で作製されており、前記膨張チューブにおける前記第1部分よりも遠位側の部分は、高分子材料で作製されている、請求項2に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記バルーン補助装置の近位端部から、遠位方向に向かって、前記軸線方向に延在し、前記バルーンガイドカテーテル上で前記バルーンを移動させる押出器を更に備える、請求項1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記バルーンと封止連通し、前記バルーン内に流体を導入して前記バルーンを膨張させる膨張チューブを更に備える、請求項4に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記内側本体が、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで、前記内側本体の前記軸線方向全体にわたって形成されたスリットにより分割された分割円筒を備える、請求項1に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記内側本体が、弾性材料により形成されている、請求項6に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記スリットは、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで前記軸線と平行な直線状に延在している、請求項7に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記スリットは、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで前記軸線の周囲で螺旋状に延在している、請求項7に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記外装が、前記分割円筒の外面の輪郭に従う4つの辺を有する外周に沿って、内側本体へと接着されている、請求項6に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- 前記外装が弾性材料を含む、請求項10に記載のバルーン補助装置。
- バルーン補助カテーテルシステムであって、
カテーテルと、
前記カテーテルの外側に取り外し可能に係合し、前記カテーテル上でバルーンが移動することを補助するためのバルーン補助装置であって、
近位端部から遠位端部まで軸線に沿って延在し、内側本体の前記軸線が延在する軸線方向全体にわたって形成されたスリットにより分割された分割円筒を備え、前記カテーテル上で移動可能な内側本体、並びに
前記内側本体に接着された膨張可能なバルーン、を備えるバルーン補助装置と、を備え、
前記バルーンが、前記内側本体の外側表面上に接着された可撓性材料の外装と、前記外装と前記内側本体との間の、前記バルーンの内側を構成する容積と、を備え、
前記軸線方向における前記外装の長さは、前記軸線方向における前記内側本体の長さよりも小さく、前記内側本体の前記近位端部および前記遠位端部には、前記外装が位置しておらず、前記軸線方向における前記外装の長さは、前記軸線方向における前記内側本体の長さの半分よりも大きい、バルーン補助カテーテルシステム。 - 前記スリットは、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで直線状に延在している、請求項12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
- 前記バルーン補助装置が、前記バルーン補助装置の近位端部から、遠位方向に向かって、前記軸線方向に延在し、前記カテーテル上で前記バルーンを移動させる押出器を更に備える、請求項12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
- 前記バルーン補助装置が、前記外装と封止連通し、前記バルーン内に流体を導入して前記バルーンを膨張させる膨張チューブを更に備える、請求項12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
- 前記膨張チューブは、前記膨張チューブの近位端から前記内側本体の前記近位端部に位置する第1部分まで金属で作製されており、前記膨張チューブにおける前記第1部分よりも遠位側の部分は、高分子材料で作製されている、請求項15に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
- 前記スリットは、前記近位端部から前記遠位端部まで前記軸線の周囲で螺旋状に延在している、請求項12に記載のバルーン補助カテーテルシステム。
- 前記内側本体の前記外側表面上に前記外装を接着して平坦なバルーン組立体を形成し、その後に、前記バルーン組立体を略円筒状に屈曲させる、請求項1~11の何れか1項に記載のバルーン補助装置を製造する方法。
