Claims (14)
- オイルポンプ駆動軸(AN)と、電気モータと、遊星歯車セット(RS)と、を備えるオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記遊星歯車セット(RS)は、第1要素(E1)、第2要素(E2)、および第3要素(E3)を備え、
前記第1要素(E1)は、前記電気モータのロータ(R)と接続され、
前記第2要素(E2)は、前記オイルポンプ駆動軸(AN)と接続され
前記第3要素(E3)は、前記オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)の外部に位置する駆動源によって駆動可能であり、
前記遊星歯車セット(RS)を支持するために、ハウジング(G)が備えられ、前記ハウジング(G)には、少なくとも1つの第1軸受(L1)が支承され、前記軸受(L1)を用いて、前記遊星歯車セット(RS)の少なくとも1つの要素(E1)が径方向に支持され、
前記電気モータのステータ(S)は、プラスチック材料(K)に少なくとも部分的に囲まれ、前記ステータ(S)が、前記プラスチック材料(K)を介して前記ハウジング(G)に前記オイルポンプ駆動軸(AN)の軸線方向の端面で固定されており、
前記オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)はエンドプレート(P)を備え、前記エンドプレート(P)が前記ステータ(S)の相接続部へのインターフェイス(AC)を備えており、
前記ステータ(S)は、前記ハウジング(G)と前記エンドプレート(P)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。 - 請求項1に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、
前記ステータ(S)は前記プラスチック材料(K)に部分的にのみ囲まれており、前記ステータ(S)の積層鉄心および/または巻線ヘッドが部分的に露出している、または、
前記ステータ(S)が、接続端部を除いて、前記プラスチック材料(K)で完全に囲まれていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。 - 請求項1または2に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記ロータ(R)および前記ステータ(S)は、前記ハウジング(G)から突出することを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1~3の何れか一項に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記ロータ(R)は、前記第1軸受(L1)および第2軸受(L2)を用いて支持され、前記第2軸受(L2)は前記プラスチック材料(K)に支承されていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項4に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記第1軸受(L1)または前記第2軸受(L2)はフリーホイールであることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記ロータ(R)の回転数を検出するように設定された回転数センサ(RE)は、前記エンドプレート(P)に固定されていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1又は6に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記エンドプレート(P)は前記プラスチック材料(K)と共に、複数のねじ(B)を用いて前記ハウジング(G)に固定され、前記ねじ(B)は前記ステータ(S)の周囲に沿って分布されていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)は電子制御ユニット(E)を備え、前記電子制御ユニット(E)が、前記ハウジング(G)および/または前記プラスチック材料(K)に固定されて、前記電気モータを制御するように設定されていることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1,6,7の何れか一項を引用する請求項8に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記制御ユニット(E)は更なるインターフェイス(AC‐E)を備え、前記更なるインターフェイス(AC‐E)は、前記エンドプレート(P)に配置された前記インターフェイス(AC)と協働することを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項9に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記インターフェイス(AC)および前記更なるインターフェイス(AC‐E)は、プラグ接続を構成することを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 請求項1~10の何れか一項に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)であって、前記遊星歯車セット(RS)において、前記第1要素(E1)は太陽歯車であり、前記第2要素(E2)は遊星キャリアであり、前記第3要素(E3)は内歯歯車であることを特徴とする、オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)。
- 自動車用の変速機であって、前記変速機が、請求項1~11の何れか一項に記載のオイルポンプ駆動装置(1)を備えることを特徴とする、変速機。
- 請求項12に記載の変速機であって、前記オイルポンプ駆動装置(1)は、前記変速機の油圧制御ユニット(HY)に固定されていることを特徴とする、変速機。
- 請求項13に記載の変速機であって、前記オイルポンプ駆動軸(AN)はオイルポンプ(P)と接続され、前記オイルポンプ(P)は前記油圧制御ユニット(HY)の内部に配置されていることを特徴とする、変速機。
