Description
Claims (13)
- 関連付けられた湾曲物体の転写印刷のための伸長可能な多層アセンブリであって、
前記アセンブリの第1の外面を画定する水溶性または水分散性の剥離ライナを含む伸長可能なキャリアと、
前記キャリア上に支持されている伸長可能な画像と、を備え、
前記キャリアは、前記剥離ライナと前記画像との中間の水溶性または水分散性の犠牲剥離層を含み、
前記多層アセンブリが、前記伸長可能な画像、および接着剤層のうちの少なくとも1つによって画定されている接着剤の第2の外面を含み、
前記キャリアおよび前記伸長可能な画像が、関連付けられた物体に前記アセンブリを固定するために、前記接着剤の第2の外面を硬化させる放射線に透過可能であり、
前記多層アセンブリが、前記接着剤層を含み、前記接着剤層が、UV硬化性である、アセンブリ。 - 前記伸長可能な画像が、UV硬化性である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 剥離ライナが、50μmまでの厚さを有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 剥離ライナが、ポリアルファオレフィン、ポリビニルアルコール、ポリビニルアセテート、天然ゴムラテックス、合成ポリイソプレン、またはそれらの組み合わせから形成される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記犠牲剥離層が、水溶性ポリビニルアセテート接着剤である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記伸長可能な画像が、任意に部分的にUV硬化性である、少なくとも1つのUV硬化性インクを含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記伸長可能な画像、および前記接着剤層のうちの少なくとも1つが、少なくとも1つのUV硬化性モノマーを含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記少なくとも1つのUV硬化性モノマーが、放射線硬化したときに、ポリウレタンを形成するモノマーを含む、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、破裂することなく、前記アセンブリの長さおよび幅のうちの少なくとも1つの少なくとも120%まで伸長可能である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記アセンブリが、破裂することなく、前記アセンブリの前記長さおよび前記幅のうちの少なくとも1つの少なくとも200%まで伸長可能である、請求項6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 物体と、前記物体の表面に取り付けられた請求項1に記載の前記アセンブリと、を含む、転写印刷された物体。
- 転写印刷された物体を形成する方法であって、
請求項1に記載の前記多層アセンブリを提供することと、
前記多層アセンブリを伸長することと、
前記多層アセンブリを物体に適用することと、
前記接着剤層および前記伸長可能な画像のうちの少なくとも1つを、前記キャリアを介して放射線で硬化させることと、
前記硬化後に、前記キャリアを除去することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記キャリアが、剥離ライナと、水溶性または水分散性の犠牲剥離層と、を含み、前記キャリアの除去が、水で前記犠牲剥離層を除去することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
