Claims (4)
- クリーンルームに対し、物品を受け渡すパスボックスにおいて、
前記パスボックスの上部に設けられた送風機と、
クリーンルーム側の第1の扉と、
前記クリーンルーム側に設けられ、前記第1の扉の開閉を行う第1のハンドルと、
前記パスボックスの内部で、前記第1のハンドルと共に回転する第1のハンドル受け部と、
前記パスボックスの内部で、前記第1のハンドル受け部と係合する第1のハンドル受け座と、
前記パスボックスの下部に設けられ、前記送風機からの空気を前記パスボックスの内部
から排出するスリットを有する収納台と、
前記第1のハンドル受け部と前記第1のハンドル受け座とを覆うハンドル受け座カバーを有し、
前記ハンドル受け座カバーは、前記第1のハンドル受け部の稼働機構を逃がすカバー逃げ穴と、前記カバー逃げ穴から吸引される空気を排気する排気スリットとを有する
ことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項1に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
前記ハンドル受け座カバーは、上部に前記送風機からの空気を吸気する吸気穴を有する
ことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項2に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
前記パスボックスの側面の内面と、前記ハンドル受け座カバーの前記排気スリットとで、空気の循環経路を形成する内張りを有する
ことを特徴とするパスボックス。 - 請求項3に記載のパスボックスにおいて、
前記排気スリットに設けられたプレフィルタを有する
ことを特徴とするパスボックス。
