Claims (4)
- 安全キャビネットと、清浄空気を供給するFFUを有するクリーンブースを連結したクリーンエア装置であって、
前記安全キャビネットは、前面シャッタの内面側に形成された作業空間と、該作業空間の下面側、側面側および背面側と当該安全キャビネット外側部分とから形成され前記作業空間に流入した空気を排気する循環流路とを備え、前記作業空間の側面壁の一部に前記クリーンブースと接続するパスボックスを設け、
該パスボックスはパスボックス連結部内面で形成されており、該パスボックス連結部内面の一部にパスボックス連結部内面スリットを設け、該パスボックス連結部内面の外側にパスボックス連結部外面によって形成された空間を有し、該空間は前記循環流路に連通しており、前記パスボックス連結部外面の下部に前記空間が前記クリーンブース内の空間と連通するためのパスボックス連結部外面スリットを設けることを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置であって、
前記パスボックス連結部内面スリットは、前記パスボックスの前側底面または前側側面の前記パスボックス連結部内面に設けることを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置であって、
前記安全キャビネットは、前記クリーンブースを連結しない場合は、前記パスボックスの外面に気密カバーを取り付けることを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。 - 請求項1に記載のクリーンエア装置であって、
前記パスボックスに扉と該扉の開閉を検知するドアスイッチを設け、前記扉を開いた場合、前記ドアスイッチがONとなり、前記安全キャビネットに設けたファンの能力を上昇するか、または、別に設置したファンの運転を開始することを特徴とするクリーンエア装置。
