Claims (5)
- 内部に無菌操作室が形成され、操作者が外部から操作するための装着具を有するアイソレータと、前記無菌操作室に物品を搬入するためのパスボックスと、内部に操作者が立ち入り可能であり、かつ、少なくとも前記アイソレータに設けられた装着具の外部挿入口および前記パスボックスに物品を収容するための物品搬入口を覆うとともに、その内部空間に清浄気体を供給する清浄気体供給手段を有するクリーンブースと、前記無菌操作室、前記クリーンブースおよび前記パスボックスの内部に除染ガスとして過酸化水素蒸気を供給する除染ガス供給手段とを備え、
これらアイソレータ、パスボックスおよびクリーンブースを建屋内の室内に配置し、前記無菌操作室およびクリーンブースの内部を除染した後、前記クリーンブースの内圧を、前記建屋内の環境圧以上で、かつ、無菌操作室の内圧よりも低く維持することを特徴とするアイソレータシステム。 - 前記クリーンブースと周囲環境との間にエアロック室を設け、このエアロック室の内圧を、前記建屋内の環境圧よりも高く維持することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアイソレータシステム。
- 前記パスボックスは複数段階に区画されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のアイソレータシステム。
- 前記除染ガス供給手段は、前記無菌操作室と前記クリーンブースに対し除染ガスを選択的に供給することのできる供給切替手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のアイソレータシステム。
- 前記除染ガス供給手段は、前記無菌操作室と前記クリーンブースと前記パスボックスに対し除染ガスを選択的に供給することのできる供給切替手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のアイソレータシステム。
