Claims (15)
- 血管の内側で膨張すると、前記血管の内部形状に一致するように構成されている膨張可能なフレームであって、前記膨張可能なフレームは、近位端部から遠位端部へ延在する環状の外側壁部と、前記環状の外側壁部から半径方向に離間し、前記遠位端部から近位方向へ延在する環状の内側壁部とを含み、前記外側壁部は、前記内側壁部よりも長い、膨張可能なフレームと、
前記環状の外側壁部によって画定され、ドッキングステーションと前記血管の内部表面との間のシールを提供するように構成されている少なくとも1つのシーリング部分と、
前記環状の内壁部分によって画定され、前記膨張可能なフレームの遠位端部分における膨張可能な経カテーテル的な弁を支持するように構成されている、バルブシートと、
を含んでなることを特徴とする、ドッキングステーション。 - リンクが、前記膨張可能なフレームの前記環状の外側壁部を前記膨張可能なフレームの前記環状の内側壁部に接続することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記リンクは、半円形形状に湾曲していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記膨張可能なフレームの前記外側壁部は、複数のストラットを含み、前記リンクの厚さは、前記ストラットの厚さよりも小さくなっていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記リンクの頂点部は、前記頂点部の両側にある前記リンクの部分が鋭角に互いから離れるように延在するように曲げられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記リンクは、前記膨張可能なフレームの前記環状の外側壁部から前記環状の内側壁部へ、半径方向に対して所定の角度で延在していることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記リンクは、前記バルブシートから前記環状の外側壁部へ延在するにつれてツイストされていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記バルブシートは完全に半径方向内側に配置され、前記フレームの前記環状の外側壁部の半径方向に内側に重なっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記フレームは、複数のスプリングエレメントに接続されている複数のステントセグメントを有しており、前記スプリングエレメントは、スプリングワイヤー、圧縮スプリング、トーションスプリング、引張スプリング、およびそれらの組み合わせから構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記膨張可能なフレームは、第1のレッグ部を含み、前記第1のレッグ部は、前記フレームの残りの部分を越えて近位に延在し、細長い第2のレッグ部をさらに含み、細長い前記レッグ部は、前記第1のレッグ部の端部を越えてさらに近位に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記細長い第2のレッグ部は、当該ドッキングステーションの残りの部分が拡張した後、当該ドッキングステーションがカテーテルから遠位に飛び出すことを抑制できるリテンションデバイスに解放可能に接続できるように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記膨張可能なフレームは、前記血管の内側で膨張すると、前記血管の前記内部形状に一致するように構成されており、前記膨張可能なフレームが、複数の場所において、前記血管の複数の膨らみに一致するように膨張することができるようになっており、また、複数の場所において、前記血管の複数の幅の狭くなった領域に一致するように収縮することができるようになっていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記血管が大動脈で、前記膨張可能なフレームは、大動脈の内側で膨張すると、前記大動脈の内部形状に一致するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記膨張可能なフレームに連結されているチューブ状のグラフトをさらに含み、前記グラフトは、前記膨張可能なフレームの端部を越えて軸線方向に延在していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
- 前記血管の内側で膨張すると、前記ドッキングステーションの50%超が前記血管の内部表面に接触し、前記ドッキングステーションの前記50%超にわたって、前記ドッキングステーションからの前記血管に対する圧力を分配するように、前記フレームは構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のドッキングステーション。
