Claims (8)
- 集束レーザ光(L)によって接続領域を形成するために材料粉末(P)を位置選択的に固化して、これにより、ワークピースを機械加工するためのおよび/または成形体を製造するための機械(1)であって、
プロセスチャンバドア(11)によって閉鎖され、プロセス空間(12)を取り囲むプロセスチャンバ(10)と、
材料粉末(P)を貯蔵するため、ドアによって閉鎖され得る材料粉末容器キャビネット(7)と、
空気流を生成するためのファン(2)と、前記プロセス空間(12)から外部へ粒子を吸出すため、第1排気ダクト(3a)を介して前記ファン(2)に流体接続された第1吸出装置と、を有する吸出システムと、を備え、
前記吸出システムは、前記材料粉末容器キャビネット(7)から外部へ粒子を吸出すため、第2排気ダクト(3b)を介して前記ファン(2)に流体接続された第2吸出装置を有するとともに、
前記第1吸出装置は、該第1吸出装置の吸出力を制御するための手段(4a)を有し、及び/又は、
前記第2吸出装置は、該第2吸出装置の吸出力を制御するための手段(4b)を有する、ことを特徴とする機械(1)。 - 前記第1吸出装置及び/又は前記第2吸出装置の吸出力を制御する手段(4a、4b)は、それぞれアクチュエータを備える、請求項1記載の機械(1)。
- 前記第1排気ダクト(3a)に流体的に接続された給気口(5b)及び排気口(5a)が前記プロセス空間(12)内に配置され、前記集束レーザ光(L)の焦点を横切って空
気流(F)が生成される、請求項1又は2記載の機械(1)。 - 前記給気口(5b)及び前記排気口(5a)は、前記空気流(F)が水平方向に生成されるように配置されている、ことを特徴とする請求項3記載の機械(1)。
- 前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を制御する手段(4a、4b)は、前記プロセスチャンバドア(11)の開放状態および/または前記材料粉末容器キャビネット(7)のドアの開放状態に応じて、前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を調整するように構成されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の機械(1)。
- 前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を制御する手段(4a、4b)は、前記機械(1)の機械加工プロセスおよび/または製造プロセスに応じて、前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を調整するように構成されている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の機械(1)。
- 前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を制御する手段(4a、4b)は、使用される前記材料粉末(P)の材料および/または材料組成に応じて、前記第1吸出装置および/または前記第2吸出装置の前記吸出力を調整するように構成されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の機械(1)。

前記規定された時間(ΔT)が経過した後、前記プロセスチャンバドア(11)のロックを解除するステップと、を備え、
前記材料粉末容器キャビネット(7)のドアが開いているか閉じているかに応じて、前記第2吸出装置の吸出力が調整されることを特徴とする方法。
