Claims (9)
- 造形領域を含む作業空間を密閉して不活性ガスで満たされる造形室と、
前記造形領域に供給される粉末状の材料である金属粉であって、未使用の金属粉または前記造形室から回収した金属粉を貯留する材料貯留槽と、
前記造形室と前記材料貯留槽との間に設けられ、前記造形室から回収した不純物を含む金属粉の中から再使用可能な金属粉だけを選別した上で前記造形領域に供給可能に構成された分別装置と、
前記造形室と前記材料貯留槽との間において前記分別装置よりも高位に設けられ、不活性ガスと共に金属粉を前記造形室または前記材料貯留槽から移送し、前記分別装置に金属粉を排出可能に構成された気密性を有する移送装置と、
前記移送装置の排気ポートと前記造形室との間に設けられ、前記移送装置を減圧するとともに前記移送装置から排出される不活性ガスを前記造形室内に送り出す気密性を有するポンプと、
配管と、を含んでなり、
前記移送装置は、
真空容器と、
前記真空容器に不活性ガスと共に金属粉を流入させる吸入口と、
前記真空容器の底に形成され、前記真空容器に移送された金属粉を排出する排出口と、
前記排気ポートを有し、前記真空容器内の不活性ガスをフィルタを介して排出する排気管と、
前記排出口を開閉可能に構成された底蓋と、を含んでなり、
前記配管は、
前記造形室および前記材料貯留槽と前記移送装置の吸入口とに接続され、前記造形室から回収した金属粉または前記材料貯留槽に貯留された金属粉が不活性ガスと共に移送される第1の配管と、
前記造形室と前記材料貯留槽とに接続され、不活性ガスが流通する第2の配管と、
前記第1の配管と前記第2の配管とに接続され、バルブにより開閉可能に構成された、不活性ガスが流通する第3の配管と、を含んでなる積層造形装置。 - 前記材料貯留槽が気密性を有する請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記分別装置が気密性を有する請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記移送装置が金属粉を移送する複数の移送管路でなる移送配管中の最上位に配置される請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 少なくとも前記移送装置と前記材料貯留槽と前記分別装置とを1つの筐体内に収容してユニット化した材料循環機構を含んでなる請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記分別装置が超音波篩装置である請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記ポンプが真空ポンプである請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記真空ポンプがベーンポンプである請求項7に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記移送装置の前記排出口から排出される金属粉の送り先を、前記材料貯留槽または前記分別装置のいずれか一方に切り換える三方切換弁を含んでなる請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
