Claims (16)
- チャンバと、

前記チャンバから排出された材料を回収し、前記材料層形成装置に前記材料を補充可能に構成された材料供給ユニットと、を備え、
前記材料供給ユニットは、
前記材料を貯蔵する材料タンクと、
前記チャンバおよび前記材料タンクから排出される前記材料を前記材料の搬送経路の最高位まで輸送する輸送装置と、
前記輸送装置よりも下方、前記チャンバよりも上方に設けられ、前記輸送装置から送られた前記材料から夾雑物を除去した上で下方に排出し、前記材料層形成装置へ前記材料を補充する篩と、
移動可能に構成された筐体と、を含み、

前記当接板を前記案内部材に当接させた状態で固定するクランプユニットと、を有する、請求項3または請求項4に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記不活性ガス供給装置は、前記不活性ガスの供給量を切り換え可能に構成され、前記輸送装置が動作するとき前記チャンバに供給する前記不活性ガスの流量を増加させる、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記不活性ガス供給装置は、前記材料タンクにも前記不活性ガスを供給する、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記チャンバと前記材料タンクとに接続され、前記不活性ガスが流通可能な第1のバイパスと、
前記材料タンクと前記材料タンクおよび前記輸送装置の間の配管とに接続され、前記不活性ガスが流通可能な第2のバイパスと、をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記輸送装置は、バキュームコンベアとエジェクタとを含み、
前記バキュームコンベアは、
真空容器と、
前記真空容器に設けられ、前記チャンバおよび前記材料タンクと接続される供給管と、
前記真空容器に設けられ、前記真空容器内の気体を排出する排気管と、
前記真空容器の下端に形成され、前記材料を排出する排出口と、
前記排出口を開閉する底蓋と、を有し、
前記エジェクタは、
圧縮流体が供給される供給ポートと、
前記圧縮流体および前記真空容器内の気体を排気する排気ポートと、
前記供給ポートおよび前記排気ポートを接続する管路と、前記排気管と、に接続される吸気ポートと、を有する、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記輸送装置と前記篩との間に設けられ、前記材料の排出先を前記篩および前記材料タンクのいずれか一方に切り換える第1の切換弁をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記篩は、
前記材料を分級するメッシュフィルタと、
前記メッシュフィルタを振動させる振動素子と、含む、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記メッシュフィルタは、前記材料が投下される一端側である上流側よりも、他端側である下流側が低くなるよう、傾斜して配置される、請求項11に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記篩と前記チャンバとの間に設けられ、前記材料の排出先を前記チャンバおよび前記材料タンクのいずれか一方に切り換える第2の切換弁をさらに備える、請求項1から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記チャンバに接続され前記チャンバ内の酸素濃度を測定するチャンバ酸素濃度計をさらに備え、
前記輸送装置は、前記チャンバ内の酸素濃度が所定の閾値以下のときにのみ動作するよう構成される、請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記材料供給ユニットに接続され前記材料供給ユニット内の酸素濃度を測定する材料供給ユニット酸素濃度計をさらに備え、
前記輸送装置は、前記チャンバ内および前記材料供給ユニット内の酸素濃度が前記所定の閾値以下のときにのみ動作するよう構成される、請求項14に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記材料供給ユニット酸素濃度計は、前記篩と接続される、請求項15に記載の積層造形装置。
