Claims (7)
- 所望の三次元造形物が形成される造形領域を覆うチャンバと、
前記造形領域を有するベース台と、貯留した材料を吐出しながら前記ベース台上を水平方向に移動するリコータヘッドと、前記リコータヘッドに取り付けられ前記材料を均して材料層を形成するブレードと、を含む材料層形成装置と、
上下に開口し前記チャンバ外から供給された前記材料が流通可能に構成された投入シュートと、前記投入シュートの下端部を塞ぐよう設けられ水平方向に延び軸直交方向に貫通孔が形成されたシャフトと、前記シャフトを回転させるロータリアクチュエータと、を含む案内部材と、を備え、
前記シャフトが回転することで前記案内部材から前記リコータヘッドへの材料排出のオン/オフが切り換えられる、積層造形装置。 - 前記リコータヘッドは、
前記材料を貯留する材料収容部と、
前記材料収容部の上面に設けられ、前記材料収容部に供給される前記材料の受け口となる材料供給口と、
前記材料収容部の底面に設けられ、前記材料を前記造形領域に排出する材料排出口と、を有する、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記案内部材は、前記投入シュートの前記下端部に設けられ前記シャフトと摺接するワイパをさらに含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記案内部材から前記リコータヘッドへの前記材料の供給は、少なくとも前記材料層を1層形成する毎に行われる、請求項1から請求項3に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記リコータヘッドに貯留される前記材料の最大量は、前記材料層を1層形成するのに必要な量以上であり、前記材料層を2層形成するのに必要な量未満である、請求項4に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記チャンバは、前記造形領域が存在する造形室と、前記案内部材から前記リコータヘッドへの前記材料の供給を行う補充室と、を有し、
前記補充室の天板には開口が形成され、
前記案内部材は前記開口に挿通され、前記補充室の天板に着脱可能に固定される、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記補充室の天板は、前記造形室の天板よりも低い位置に設けられる、請求項6に記載の積層造形装置。
