Claims (3)
- 造形領域を覆うチャンバと、
前記造形領域に対して所望の三次元造形物を所定高さで分割してなる複数の各分割層毎に材料粉体を均一に撒布して材料粉体層を形成する粉体層形成装置と、
前記材料粉体層の所定の照射領域にレーザ光を照射して焼結層を形成するレーザ照射装置と、を備え、
前記粉体層形成装置は、
前記材料粉体を収容し前記材料粉体を前記造形領域に吐出するリコータヘッドと、
吐出された前記材料粉体を所定の厚みに均すブレードと、
前記ブレードを前記リコータヘッドに保持する保持部材とを含み、
前記ブレードは可撓性を有し、
前記ブレードおよび前記保持部材は、非磁性でありかつ導電性を有する、積層造形装置。 - 前記ブレードは炭素繊維強化プラスチックからなり、前記保持部材はオーステナイト系ステンレスからなる、請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記ブレードの先端は前記材料粉体の平均粒径の値以下の表面粗さであるブラシ形状である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。
