Claims (2)
- 電解液を収容する電解槽、
前記電解液に一部が浸漬されるように設置される内部ドラム、
前記内部ドラムの表面と接触するように形成されている外部ドラム、
前記電解槽内に位置し、前記内部ドラムと一定距離だけ離れて位置する相対電極、および
前記内部ドラムと前記相対電極との間を電気的に連結する電源供給部、
を含み、
前記外部ドラムの表面には、一定の模様を有する複数の突出部が形成されており、前記外部ドラムは前記突出部及び前記突出部以外の部分の何れもが導電性物質からなり、
前記外部ドラムは、中空の管形状を有しており、前記内部ドラムが前記外部ドラムに挿入されて設置されており、
前記内部ドラムの表面と垂直方向に切断した前記突出部の縦断面は、曲面を有する半球形、楕円形、または円形であり、
前記外部ドラムの表面に形成された特定パターンが銅箔の表面に転写され、
前記突出部の高さは、0.5μm乃至10μmであり、
前記複数の突出部は、一定間隔を置いて配列されており、
前記突出部間の間隔は、5μm乃至100μmである、電解銅箔製造装置。 - 前記導電性物質は、Ti系、Zr系、Fe系、Ni系、Pd系、C系、Si系のうちで選択されたいずれか一つまたはこれらの合金、または伝導性ポリマーである、請求項1に記載の電解銅箔製造装置。
