Claims (11)
- 一面に電極パッドを含む外部部材と、
前記外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して設けられたRF信号連結部と、
前記RF信号連結部を内部に含むフィルタ本体と、
前記フィルタ本体に形成された端子挿入口に挿入配置され、前記電極パッドに接点しつつ移動可能に配置される一側端子と、前記RF信号連結部に連結され、前記一側端子に重なるように配置された他側端子と、互いに重なり合うように配置された前記一側端子および前記他側端子の間に配置される弾性部材とを含む、端子部と、
前記端子挿入口内に前記端子部の外側を取り囲むように挿入された誘電体と、
前記端子挿入口内に備えられた前記RF信号連結部を補強するための補強プレートと、
前記補強プレートに形成され、前記端子部の貫通する端子貫通ホールと、
前記他側端子の外側面に形成された弾性リング設置溝と、
を備え、
前記弾性部材は球状であり、
前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つには、上下方向に長く形成された複数のテンション切開部が設けられ、
前記端子貫通ホールを貫通する前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つには、前記補強プレートに係止されるように前記端子貫通ホールよりも大きい直径を有する係止段が形成されており、
前記弾性リング設置溝には少なくとも1つの弾性リングが介在する、
キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記端子部のうち前記一側端子は、前記誘電体とともに組立者が提供する組立力によって前記端子挿入口内で移動可能に配置され、
前記端子部のうち前記他側端子は、前記RF信号連結部に連結され、
前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つは、他の1つに所定長さオーバーラップされるように収容される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記テンション切開部は、前記一側端子に備えられ、前記他側端子の上端部が前記一側端子の下端部の内部に収容される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記テンション切開部は、前記他側端子に備えられ、前記一側端子の下端部が前記他側端子の上端部の内部に収容される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記誘電体は、前記複数のテンション切開部が形成された前記一側端子または前記他側端子の外周面を支持する、請求項3または4に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記補強プレートは、前記フィルタ本体の一部として、前記端子挿入口側に突出形成された挿入口支持段に固定される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 一面に電極パッドを含む外部部材と、
前記外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、
前記RF信号連結部を内部に含むフィルタ本体と、
前記フィルタ本体に形成された端子挿入口に挿入配置され、前記電極パッドに接点しつつ移動可能に配置される一側端子と、前記RF信号連結部に連結され、前記一側端子に重なるように配置された他側端子と、互いに重なり合うように配置された前記一側端子および前記他側端子の間に配置される弾性部材とを含む、端子部と、
前記他側端子の外側面に形成された弾性リング設置溝とを備え、
前記弾性リング設置溝には少なくとも1つの弾性リングが介在する、キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記弾性リングは、前記弾性リング設置溝に2つ以上が上下に積層介在する、請求項7に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記他側端子の内部に収容された前記一側端子を弾性支持する弾性スプリングで備えられた、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記他側端子の上端面に支持される支持リング部と、前記支持リング部でそれぞれ互いに交差する方向に上方傾斜して突出延長されて、前記一側端子を支持する一対の支持バーとを含むバースプリングで備えられた、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子部のうち前記他側端子は、前記RF信号連結部から延長形成されたプレート部位に形成されたソルダホールにソルダ固定される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
