Claims (8)
- 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材と、
前記外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して設けられたRF信号連結部と、
前記電極パッドに接点する一側端子と、前記RF信号連結部に連結される他側端子とを含む端子部と、
前記他側端子の内部の収容空間に設けられ、前記一側端子を前記電極パッド側に弾性支持するように、いずれか一部が放射状に広がるか狭くなる、弾性部材とを備え、
前記一側端子は、
前記他側端子の収容空間の内側に係止されるよう設けられた係止支持プレートと、
前記係止支持プレートの上側に延長形成され、前記電極パッドに接点するように備えられた上端突出部とを含む、キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記端子部は、前記RF信号連結部が内部に備えられたフィルタ本体に形成された端子挿入口に挿入配置される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記端子挿入口内に前記端子部の外側を取り囲むように挿入された誘電体をさらに含む、請求項2に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記誘電体には、前記端子部の貫通する端子貫通ホールが形成され、
前記端子貫通ホールを貫通する前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つは、前記誘電体に係止されるように前記端子貫通ホールよりも大きい直径を有する係止段が形成された、請求項3に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記一側端子は、前記電極パッドに接点する接点部が一体に形成されたワッシャスプリングで備えられた、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記弾性部材は、
前記一側端子の前記係止支持プレートの下端を支持するワッシャスプリングで備えられた、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材と、
前記外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して設けられたRF信号連結部と、
前記電極パッドに接点する一側端子と、前記RF信号連結部に連結される他側端子とを含む端子部と、
前記他側端子の内部の収容空間に設けられ、前記一側端子を前記電極パッド側に弾性支持するように、いずれか一部が放射状に広がるか狭くなる、弾性部材とを備え、
前記一側端子は、
前記他側端子の収容空間の内側に収容されるように、前記他側端子の収容空間に形成された端子ガイドホールに挿入される下端突出部と、
前記下端突出部の上側に延び、前記電極パッドに接点する上端突出部とを含み、
前記弾性部材は、
前記一側端子の上端突出部および下端突出部の間に形成された係止リブを係止して、前記一側端子を前記電極パッド側に弾性支持するワッシャスプリングで備えられた、キャビティフィルタ。 - 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して設けられたRF信号連結部と、
前記電極パッドに接点する一側端子と、前記RF信号連結部に連結される他側端子とを含む端子部と、
前記他側端子の内部の収容空間に設けられ、前記一側端子を前記電極パッド側に弾性支持するように、いずれか一部が放射状に広がるか狭くなる、弾性部材とを備え、
前記一側端子は、
前記他側端子の収容空間の内側に係止されるよう設けられた係止支持プレートと、
前記係止支持プレートの上側に延長形成され、前記電極パッドに接点するように備えられた上端突出部とを含む、コネクティング構造体。
