Claims (6)
- 一面に電極パッドが備えられた外部部材に対して所定距離離隔して備えられたRF信号連結部と、
前記外部部材の電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部とを電気的に連結させるが、前記所定距離に存在する組立公差を吸収すると同時に前記電極パッドと前記RF信号連結部との間の電気的な流れの断絶を予防する端子部とを含み、
前記端子部は、
前記電極パッドに接点する一側端子と、
前記一側端子の一部が収容されるように収容空間が形成されるが、前記RF信号連結部に連結される他側端子とを含み、
前記一側端子は、組立者が提供する組立力に対抗していずれか一部が放射状に広がるか狭くなる弾性変形体で備えられ、
前記端子部は、前記RF信号連結部が内部に備えられたフィルタ本体に形成された端子挿入口に挿入配置され、
前記一側端子が備えられた側の前記フィルタ本体の一面にはワッシャ設置部が溝加工され、前記ワッシャ設置部にはスターワッシャが設置固定される、キャビティフィルタ。 - 前記ワッシャ設置部は、前記端子挿入口よりも大きい内径を有するように溝加工形成される、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 端子挿入口内に前記端子部の外側を取り囲むように挿入された誘電体をさらに含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記誘電体には、前記端子部の貫通する端子貫通ホールが形成され、
前記端子貫通ホールを貫通する前記一側端子および前記他側端子のいずれか1つは、前記誘電体に係止されるように前記端子貫通ホールよりも大きい直径を有する係止段が形成された、請求項3に記載のキャビティフィルタ。 - 前記一側端子は、上端部の端部位に形成された接点部と、前記弾性変形体を構成する下端部のスプリング端子部とを含む、請求項1に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
- 前記スプリング端子部は、前記接点部が形成された前記一側端子の上端部の下側から放射状に複数個が下方傾斜して延びるが、枠端部が前記他側端子の収容空間の内側に形成されたスプリング設置溝に係止固定される、請求項5に記載のキャビティフィルタ。
