Description
<車両の全体構成>
図1は、実施の形態に係る車両の全体構成を概略的に示す回路ブロック図である。図1を参照して、本実施の形態において、車両1は燃料電池車両である。また、車両1は、車両1の外部から供給される電力による外部充電(いわゆるプラグイン充電)が可能にも構成されている。すなわち、車両1は、プラグイン燃料電池車両(PFCV:Plug-in Fuel Cell Vehicle)である。ただし、車両1がプラグイン充電可能であることは必須ではない。
図2は、表示装置7の構成の一例を示す図である。図2を参照して、車両1は、表示装置7として、マルチインフォメーションディスプレイ(MID:Multi-Information Display)71と、ヘッドアップディスプレイ(HUD:Head-Up Display)72と、ナビゲーション画面73とを含む。
図3は、車両1の走行モードを説明するための図である。図3を参照して、車両1は、「EVモード」、「FCモード」および「FCEVモード」と称される3つの走行モードを有する。なお、あるモードから別のモードへと走行モードの遷移は、モード切替スイッチ8へのユーザ操作に基づくものであってもよいし、車両1の走行状況(たとえばバッテリ32のSOC)に応じたもの(自動切り替え)であってもよい。
車両1の瞬間燃費および瞬間電費の両方をMID71に表示させることが考えられる。ユーザは、車両1の運転中に瞬間燃費および瞬間電費の表示を確認することで、環境負荷を意識できる。また、ユーザは、自身の運転が環境に及ぼす負荷が大きいかどうかのフィードバックを得ることで、環境負荷を低減可能な運転(エコドライブ)技術を向上させることができる。
図4は、本実施の形態におけるMID71への表示制御を示すフローチャートである。図4および後述する図8に示すフローチャートは、たとえば、所定の周期が経過する毎に実行される。これらのフローチャートに含まれる各ステップは、基本的にはECU100によるソフトウェア処理によって実現されるが、ECU100内に作製された専用のハードウェア(電気回路)によって実現されてもよい。以下、ステップを「S」と略す。
図8は、変形例におけるMID71への表示制御を示すフローチャートである。図8を参照して、このフローチャートは、S16の処理に代えてS26の処理を含む点において、実施の形態に係るフローチャート(図4参照)と異なる。他の処理は、実施の形態における対応する処理と同様であるため、ここでの説明は繰り返さない。

- 燃料電池車両であって、
前記燃料電池車両の駆動力を発生させるモータと、
水素燃料を用いて発電した電力を前記モータに供給する燃料電池と、
蓄えた電力を前記モータに供給する蓄電装置と、
表示装置と、
前記表示装置を制御するように構成された制御装置とを備え、
前記燃料電池車両は、第1~第3の走行モードを有し、
前記第1の走行モードは、前記燃料電池の発電を停止して前記水素燃料が消費されないようにし、前記蓄電装置から前記モータに電力を供給するモードであり、
前記第2の走行モードは、前記燃料電池から前記モータに供給される電力が前記蓄電装置から前記モータに供給される電力よりも大きいモードであり、
前記第3の走行モードは、前記蓄電装置から前記モータに供給される電力が前記燃料電池から前記モータに供給される電力よりも大きい走行モードであり、
前記制御装置は、
前記第1の走行モードでは、前記燃料電池車両の瞬間電費を表示する一方で前記燃料電池車両の瞬間燃費は表示しないように前記表示装置を制御し、
前記第2の走行モードでは、前記燃料電池車両の瞬間燃費を表示する一方で前記燃料電池車両の瞬間電費は表示しないように前記表示装置を制御し、
