Claims (11)
- 内側部(12)と、該内側部(12)が埋め込まれた弾性を有する支持体(14)と、該支持体(14)を取り囲む外側部(16)と、を有し、前記外側部(16)が、前記支持体(14)に接続された少なくとも1つの固定要素(28)にクリップ止めされる第1の部品(22)および第2の部品(24)を有する、自動車アセンブリ用のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記部品(22、24)のうちの少なくとも1つが、前記支持体(14)に面する内周面(60)上に少なくとも1つの止め具(64)を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定要素(28)が少なくとも一対の突起(34、36)を有し、前記部品(22、24)を前記固定要素(28)にクリップ止めするために、第1の突起(34)が前記第1の部品(22)の切欠き(38)に係合し、第2の突起(36)が前記第2の部品(24)の切欠き(38)に係合する、請求項1または2に記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- それぞれの突起(34、36)が、前記切欠き(38)への挿入のための導入面取り(40)を有する、請求項3に記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定要素(28)が、前記部品(22、24)のオリフィス(46)に押し込んだ状態で係合する、少なくとも1つのセンタリング要素(42)を有する、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記部品(22、24)のそれぞれが、押し込んで係止する連結要素(50)および該連結要素(50)のための対応する受け口(52)を有する、請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記固定要素(28)が共にクリップ止めされた状態で押し込んだ状態で挿入されるくぼみ(62)が、それぞれの部品(22、24)の内周面(60)内に組み込まれた請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記部品(22、24)が半割りシェル(26)の形に構成され、かつ対向する当接面(54)で互いに接続される、請求項1から7のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記少なくとも1つの固定要素(28)が、押し込んで係止、圧入、および/または物質的に接着される方法で前記支持体(14)に接続される、請求項1から8の一項に記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記固定要素(28)が環状要素(30)である、請求項1から9のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
- 前記固定要素(28)および/または前記部品(22、24)がプラスチックで作られている、請求項1から10のいずれかに記載のアセンブリベアリング(10)。
