Claims (6)
- ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置を備えている車両用動力伝達装置に関し、前記流体式伝動装置の入力側回転部材と出力側回転部材との差回転が予め定められた目標差回転となるように前記ロックアップクラッチをスリップ係合させるフレックスロックアップ制御を実行する車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチの摩擦材に加えられる蓄熱量の推移に基づいて前記目標差回転を補正する蓄熱量対応補正を行なう目標差回転補正部を有し、
前記目標差回転補正部は、前記蓄熱量を算出し、前記蓄熱量の推移として該蓄熱量を積算した累積蓄熱量の変化である長期的変化を用いて、該長期的変化が大きい場合には該長期的変化が小さい場合に比較して前記目標差回転が小さくなるように前記蓄熱量対応補正を行なうもので、
前記長期的変化は、車両の走行距離に対する前記累積蓄熱量の変化で、前記長期的変化が大きい場合は前記累積蓄熱量が大きく且つ前記走行距離が短い場合であり、前記長期的変化が小さい場合は前記累積蓄熱量が小さく且つ前記走行距離が長い場合である
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。 - 前記目標差回転補正部は、前記走行距離および前記累積蓄熱量をパラメータとして予め定められた複数の領域に関し、前記累積蓄熱量が大きく且つ前記走行距離が短い領域では前記累積蓄熱量が小さく且つ前記走行距離が長い領域に比較して前記目標差回転が小さくなるように、前記領域毎に予め定められた補正規則に従って前記蓄熱量対応補正を行なう
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。 - ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置を備えている車両用動力伝達装置に関し、前記流体式伝動装置の入力側回転部材と出力側回転部材との差回転が予め定められた目標差回転となるように前記ロックアップクラッチをスリップ係合させるフレックスロックアップ制御を実行する車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチの摩擦材に加えられる蓄熱量の推移に基づいて前記目標差回転を補正する蓄熱量対応補正を行なう目標差回転補正部を有し、
前記目標差回転補正部は、前記蓄熱量を算出し、前記蓄熱量の推移として該蓄熱量の現時点における単位時間当りの変化率を用いて、該変化率が大きい場合は該変化率が小さい場合に比較して前記目標差回転が小さくなるように前記蓄熱量対応補正を行なう
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。 - ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置を備えている車両用動力伝達装置に関し、前記流体式伝動装置の入力側回転部材と出力側回転部材との差回転が予め定められた目標差回転となるように前記ロックアップクラッチをスリップ係合させるフレックスロックアップ制御を実行する車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチの摩擦材に加えられる蓄熱量の推移に基づいて前記目標差回転を補正する蓄熱量対応補正を行なう目標差回転補正部を有し、
前記目標差回転補正部は、前記蓄熱量対応補正に加えて、前記摩擦材を潤滑する潤滑油の酸化劣化度が大きい場合は該酸化劣化度が小さい場合に比較して前記目標差回転が小さくなるように予め定められた潤滑油劣化補正規則に従って、前記酸化劣化度に応じて前記目標差回転を補正する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。 - ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置を備えている車両用動力伝達装置に関し、前記流体式伝動装置の入力側回転部材と出力側回転部材との差回転が予め定められた目標差回転となるように前記ロックアップクラッチをスリップ係合させるフレックスロックアップ制御を実行する車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチの摩擦材に加えられる蓄熱量の推移に基づいて前記目標差回転を補正する蓄熱量対応補正を行なう目標差回転補正部を有し、
前記目標差回転補正部は、前記蓄熱量対応補正に加えて、前記摩擦材を潤滑する潤滑油中の異物混入量が多い場合は該異物混入量が少ない場合に比較して前記目標差回転が小さくなるように予め定められた異物混入補正規則に従って、前記異物混入量に応じて前記目標差回転を補正する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。 - ロックアップクラッチを有する流体式伝動装置を備えている車両用動力伝達装置に関し、前記流体式伝動装置の入力側回転部材と出力側回転部材との差回転が予め定められた目標差回転となるように前記ロックアップクラッチをスリップ係合させるフレックスロックアップ制御を実行する車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置において、
前記ロックアップクラッチの摩擦材に加えられる蓄熱量の推移に基づいて前記目標差回転を補正する蓄熱量対応補正を行なう目標差回転補正部を有し、
前記目標差回転補正部は、前記蓄熱量対応補正に加えて、前記車両用動力伝達装置を搭載している車両が使用されている複数の地域に関し、前記蓄熱量対応補正による前記目標差回転の補正量が大きい地域では該補正量が小さい地域に比較して前記目標差回転の補正量が大きくなるように予め定められた地域別補正規則に従って、前記地域別に前記目標差回転を補正する
ことを特徴とする車両用動力伝達装置のロックアップ制御装置。
