Claims (4)
- 騒音低減のための空気入りタイヤであって、
路面に接触される表面から内側に引込形成され、前記空気入りタイヤの円周方向に沿って延びる溝を含むトレッド部と、
前記溝から突出し、前記円周方向に沿って互いに離間配置される複数の騒音低減部と、を含み、
前記溝は、
前記トレッド部の表面から前記空気入りタイヤの半径方向に所定距離離間された溝底面と、
前記溝底面と連結され、所定の曲率を有する連結曲面を含む複数の溝側面と、を含み、
前記騒音低減部は、
前記連結曲面及び前記溝底面に支持される支持面と、
前記支持面の反対側に位置して、前記連結曲面から離間配置された突出面と、を含み、
前記突出面は、前記半径方向の外側に行くにつれて前記溝底面に垂直な仮想の平面から遠くなる形状の突出曲面を含み、
前記複数の溝側面は、第1の溝側面及び第2の溝側面を含み、
前記騒音低減部は、前記第1の溝側面と前記第2の溝側面との間の最大間隔の20%以上30%以下で、前記第1の溝側面又は前記第2の溝側面のうちのいずれか1つと前記溝底面とから突出し、
前記騒音低減部の高さは、前記半径方向を基準に前記トレッド部の表面から前記溝底面までの長さの65%以上75%以下で形成され、
前記複数の騒音低減部の中心間の前記円周方向への離隔距離は、前記騒音低減部の厚さの1倍以上、2倍以下である、
空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記空気入りタイヤは、前記空気入りタイヤの中心を通り、前記タイヤの軸方向に対して垂直な平面の子午面を有し、
前記第1の溝側面と前記第2の溝側面とは、前記トレッド部の表面から前記溝底面に近づく方向に行くにつれて相互間の軸方向間隔が縮むように傾き、
前記第1の溝側面と前記第2の溝側面とは、それぞれ前記子午面に対して傾くように延びる、
請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 前記トレッド部は、
前記表面から内側に引込まれ、前記溝が延長形成された方向とずれた方向に延びて前記溝と連結されるサイプをさらに含み、
前記騒音低減部は、前記円周方向を基準に前記サイプから離間配置される、
請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。 - 複数の前記騒音低減部のうち前記サイプに最も近接して形成された前記騒音低減部と前記サイプとの間の間隔は1.5mm以上3.0mm以下である、
請求項3に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
