Claims (18)
- 計測対象物の表面上に配置され、荷電粒子を入射させたり、電圧を印加して発光させることにより、前記計測対象物の電気伝導率分布を測定できる電気伝導率測定用材料であって、
応力発光物質であるSrAl 2 O 4 :Eu 2+ を含むことを特徴とする電気伝導率測定用材料。 - 前記応力発光物質の重量比率が20wt%~80wt%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気伝導率測定用材料。
- 前記計測対象物の表面に設けられ、請求項1または2に記載の電気伝導率測定用材料を含むことを特徴とする電気伝導率測定膜。
- 前記電気伝導率測定膜の体積抵抗率または表面抵抗率が、前記計測対象物の体積抵抗率または表面抵抗率より大きいことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電気伝導率測定膜。
- 請求項3または4に記載の電気伝導率測定膜の膜厚が1μm~1mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする電気伝導率測定膜。
- 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気伝導率を測定する電気伝導率測定装置であって、
前記計測対象物の表面に設けられた請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の電気伝導率測定膜と、
前記電気伝導率測定膜に対向する方向に設けられ、前記電気伝導率測定膜に向かって荷電粒子を照射する荷電粒子照射部と
を具備することを特徴とする電気伝導率測定装置。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気伝導率を測定する電気伝導率測定装置であって、
前記計測対象物の表面に設けられた請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の電気伝導率測定膜と、
前記計測対象物に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と
を具備することを特徴とする電気伝導率測定装置。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気伝導率を測定する電気伝導率測定方法であって、
前記計測対象物表面に請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の電気伝導率測定膜を形成する工程と、
前記電気伝導率測定膜に向かって荷電粒子を照射する工程と
を具備することを特徴とする電気伝導率測定方法。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気伝導率を測定する電気伝導率測定方法であって、
前記計測対象物表面に請求項3~5の何れか1項に記載の電気伝導率測定膜を形成する工程と、
前記計測対象物に電圧を印加する工程と
を具備することを特徴とする電気伝導率測定方法。 - 計測対象物の表面上に配置され、荷電粒子を入射させたり、電圧を印加して発光させることにより、計測対象物の電気抵抗率分布を測定できる電気抵抗率測定用材料であって、
応力発光物質であるSrAl 2 O 4 :Eu 2+ を含むことを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定用材料。 - 前記応力発光物質の重量比率が20wt%~80wt%であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の電気抵抗率測定用材料。
- 前記計測対象物の表面に設けられ、請求項10または11に記載の電気抵抗率測定用材料を含むことを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定膜。
- 前記電気抵抗率測定膜の体積抵抗率または表面抵抗率が、前記計測対象物の体積抵抗率または表面抵抗率より大きいことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜。
- 請求項12または13に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜の膜厚が1μm~1mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定膜。
- 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気抵抗率を測定する電気抵抗率測定装置であって、
前記計測対象物の表面に設けられた請求項12~14の何れか1項に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜と、
前記電気抵抗率測定膜に対向する方向に設けられ、前記電気抵抗率測定膜に向かって荷電粒子を照射する荷電粒子照射部と
を具備することを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定装置。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気抵抗率を測定する電気抵抗率測定装置であって、
前記計測対象物の表面に設けられた請求項12~14の何れか1項に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜と、
前記計測対象物に電圧を印加する電圧印加手段と
を具備することを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定装置。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気抵抗率を測定する電気抵抗率測定方法であって、
前記計測対象物表面に請求項12~14の何れか1項に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜を形成する工程と、
前記電気抵抗率測定膜に向かって荷電粒子を照射する工程と
を具備することを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定方法。 - 前記計測対象物表面または内部の電気抵抗率を測定する電気抵抗率測定方法であって、
前記計測対象物表面に請求項12~14の何れか1項に記載の電気抵抗率測定膜を形成する工程と、
前記計測対象物に電圧を印加する工程と
を具備することを特徴とする電気抵抗率測定方法。
