Description
Claims (18)
- プラズマアークトーチと係合するためのカートリッジフレームであって、前記プラズマアークトーチがカートリッジ検知スイッチと、動作中に前記プラズマアークトーチのフレームに設置された1つ以上の消耗品とを有し、
前記カートリッジフレームは、
前記プラズマアークトーチの電極を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んで摺動自在に前記電極に係合するよう構成された本体を備え、該本体は、長手方向軸を画定する第1端部と前記第1端部の反対側で前記プラズマアークトーチに最も近い第2端部と、前記本体の前記第2端部から前記長手方向軸の方向に延びる少なくとも1つの個別の突起とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの突起は、前記プラズマアークトーチの動作中に前記プラズマアークトーチの前記カートリッジ検知スイッチに機械的に係合するよう構成されていることを特徴とするカートリッジフレーム。 - 前記カートリッジフレームの前記本体内に一体形成された一組の成形旋回孔をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 圧着された一体ノズルをさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起内に制限される導電性接触要素をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの突起は、接触要素上の一組のガイドチャネルに係合するよう構成された一組のガイドトラックを含み、当該一組のガイドトラックに前記一組のガイドチャネルが相補的である、ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、少なくとも1つの保持機能を含み、接触要素を制限することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、接触要素に接続するためのガイドトラックを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、1つ以上の軸方向止め具を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記カートリッジフレーム内に配置され、前記プラズマアークトーチのカソードに向かって接触要素を付勢するよう構成されたばねを含む電極をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、接触要素に嵌合自在に係合して前記カートリッジフレーム内で前記接触要素の平行移動経路を画定するよう形作られていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、5~7ミリメートルの直線高さを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突起は、1~3ミリメートルの直線幅を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカートリッジフレーム。
- プラズマアークトーチの消耗品検知機能と機械的に係合するための消耗カートリッジであって、前記プラズマアークトーチは、動作中に前記プラズマアークトーチのフレームに設置された1つ以上の消耗品を有し、
前記消耗カートリッジはカートリッジフレームを備え、
前記カートリッジフレームは、前記プラズマアークトーチの動作中、前記プラズマアークトーチの前記消耗品検知機能に係合するための手段を含み、該手段は前記消耗カートリッジの長手方向軸の方向に延び、
前記プラズマアークトーチの動作中に前記プラズマアークトーチの前記消耗品検知機能に係合するための前記手段は、1つ以上の突起を含み、
前記1つ以上の突起は、前記消耗カートリッジ内に保持されるように構成された接触要素に接続するためのガイドトラックを含むことを特徴とする消耗カートリッジ。 - プラズマアークトーチの消耗品検知機能と機械的に係合するための消耗カートリッジであって、前記プラズマアークトーチは、動作中に前記プラズマアークトーチのフレームに設置された1つ以上の消耗品を有し、
前記消耗カートリッジはカートリッジフレームを備え、
前記カートリッジフレームは、前記プラズマアークトーチの動作中、前記プラズマアークトーチの前記消耗品検知機能に係合するための手段を含み、該手段は前記消耗カートリッジの長手方向軸の方向に延び、

前記消耗カートリッジは、
前記プラズマアークトーチの電極を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んで摺動自在に係合するよう構成され、長手方向軸を画定する遠位の第1端部と前記第1端部の反対側の近位の第2端部とを含む本体と、
前記本体と前記プラズマアークトーチの安全スイッチとの間に配置されるよう構成された中間部品であって、前記中間部品の近位端部に付けられ、前記中間部品の前記近位端部から前記長手方向軸の方向に延びる少なくとも1つの個別の突起を含む前記中間部品と、を備え、
前記少なくとも1つの個別の突起は、前記プラズマアークトーチの消耗品の存在を前記安全スイッチによって検知する前記プラズマアークトーチによって前記プラズマアークトーチの動作を可能にするよう構成されていることを特徴とする消耗カートリッジ。 - 前記1つ以上の突起は、5~7ミリメートルの直線高さを有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の消耗カートリッジ。
- 前記1つ以上の突起は、1~3ミリメートルの直線幅を有することを特徴とする請求項16に記載の消耗カートリッジ。
