Claims (6)
- 基板(2)およびコーティング(3)を含むタップドリル(1)であって、前記コーティング(3)は、前記ドリルのヘッドを含む前記基板(2)の少なくとも一部に堆積され、前記コーティング(3)は、前記基板(2)上に直接堆積された第1層(4)と、前記第1層(4)の上に堆積された第2層(5)とを含み、前記第1層(4)は、HiPIMSにより堆積された(Al、Cr)Nの耐摩耗層であり、前記第2層(5)は、摩擦低減層であり、
前記第2層(5)は、マグネトロンスパッタリングタイプの物理蒸着(PVD)プロセスを使用して堆積した金属炭化物層であることを特徴とする、タップドリル(1)。 - 前記第2層(5)が、HiPIMSを使用して堆積されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタップドリル。
- 前記金属炭化物層は、炭化チタン層または炭化タングステン層であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタップドリル。
- 基板(2)およびコーティング(3)を含むタップドリル(1)の製造方法であって、前記コーティング(3)は、前記ドリルのヘッドを含む前記基板(2)の少なくとも一部に堆積され、前記コーティング(3)は、第1層(4)および第2層(5)を含み、
前記第1層(4)は(AlCr)Nの耐摩耗層であり、HiPIMSによって前記基板(2)上に直接堆積され、
前記第2層(5)は、摩擦低減層であり、前記第2層(5)は金属炭化物層であり、マグネトロンスパッタリングタイプの物理蒸着(PVD)プロセスを使用して堆積される、製造方法。 - 前記第2層(5)は、炭化チタン層であり、アルゴンおよび炭素含有ガスを含む雰囲気中でTiまたはTiCターゲットのスパッタリングにより堆積されることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタップドリル(1)の製造方法。
- HiPIMS技術が、TiCターゲットの前記Tiのスパッタリングに使用されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタップドリル(1)の製造方法。
