Description
Claims (2)
- 回転部材としての螺子軸と直動部材としてのボールナットとを有して前記螺子軸の回転運動を前記ボールナットの直線運動に変換する運動変換部と、
複数のモータと、
前記螺子軸に連結される従動側ギヤと、
前記各モータによってそれぞれ駆動されるとともに前記従動側ギヤに歯合する複数の駆動側ギヤと、
前記螺子軸の外周に摺接する筒状のブッシュを有するとともに前記ボールナットの外周に装着される筒状のホルダと、
前記ボールナットに前記ホルダを介して連結されて車両の車体と車軸との間に介装される懸架ばねの一端を支承するばね受と、
前記ホルダと前記ばね受との間に配置されるガイド筒を有して前記従動側ギヤおよび前記駆動側ギヤを収容するとともに軸受を介して前記螺子軸を回転可能に支持するハウジングと、
前記ガイド筒と前記ばね受との間に挿入される筒状のブッシュとを備え、
前記ばね受を駆動してから停止させた後で、前記駆動側ギヤのうち一部の駆動側ギヤを前記ばね受の駆動方向とは逆方向へ駆動する
ことを特徴とする車高調整装置。 - 回転部材としての螺子軸と直動部材としてのボールナットとを有して前記螺子軸の回転運動を前記ボールナットの直線運動に変換する運動変換部と、
複数のモータと、
前記螺子軸に連結される従動側ギヤと、
前記各モータによってそれぞれ駆動されるとともに前記従動側ギヤに歯合する複数の駆動側ギヤと、
前記螺子軸の外周に摺接する筒状のブッシュを有するとともに前記ボールナットの外周に装着される筒状のホルダと、
前記ボールナットに前記ホルダを介して連結されて車両の車体と車軸との間に介装される懸架ばねの一端を支承するばね受とを備え、
前記ホルダと前記ばね受との間に配置されるガイド筒を有して前記従動側ギヤおよび前記駆動側ギヤを収容するとともに軸受を介して前記螺子軸を回転可能に支持するハウジングと、
前記ガイド筒と前記ばね受との間に挿入される筒状のブッシュとを備え、
前記ばね受を駆動してから停止させた後で、前記駆動側ギヤのうち一部の駆動側ギヤを前記ばね受の駆動方向へ駆動するとともに前記駆動側ギヤのうち残りの駆動側ギヤを前記ばね受の駆動方向とは逆方向へ駆動する
ことを特徴とする車高調整装置。
