Description
特に、車軸ケースに第2突出部を形成する構成は、車軸ケースを横方向へ変位させる外力が作用した場合に、ラテラルロッドから車軸ケースに対して直接的に力を作用させることになり、強力な規制が可能となる。
従って、部品点数の増加を招くことなくラテラルロッドを支持し、左右の車輪の横方向への変位を規制できる作業車が構成された。
この構成は、平面視で第1突出部と第2突出部とが車軸ケースに重複する位置関係を含むため、車輪が大きく上昇した場合には車軸ケースが上昇する際の力を、この力が直線的に作用する位置の緩衝材で受け止めることが可能となり、高い強度で確実な受け止めを実現する。
この構成では、第1緩衝材と第2緩衝材とを地面から上方に離間する位置に配置できるため、例えば、第1緩衝材と第2緩衝材とをゴムで構成した場合にも、泥水や塵埃の付着を回避して劣化を抑制できる。
〔全体構成〕
図1に示すように、車体1の前部に左右一対の前車輪2を備え、車体1の後部に左右一対の後車輪3を備え、車体1の中央部に運転部Aを備え、車体1の後部に荷台4を備え、この荷台4の下側に原動部Bを備えて作業車が構成されている。
運転部Aは、車体1が転倒した場合に運転者や乗員を保護するため、左右位置にロプスフレーム8を備えている。尚、図面に示していないが、運転座席5は、車体左右方向の一方に配置され、運転座席5に横に隣接して乗員座席が配置されている。
図1~図3に示すように、車体1は、運転部Aの前部位置からフロアー7の下側を介して原動部Bに達する領域に左右一対の車体フレーム11を備えており、原動部Bには車体フレーム11に対し上下に変位自在に左右のリンクフレーム12を有している。
図2~図4に示すように、原動部Bは、エンジン17と、無段変速装置18と、ミッションケース19とを連結してユニット化しており、これらがユニットフレーム13に支持されている。
本発明は、上記した実施形態以外に以下のように構成しても良い(実施形態と同じ機能を有するものには、実施形態と共通の番号、符号を付している)。

Claims (4)
- 車体に備えた左右の車輪と、
前記車体に備えた車体フレームと、
左右の前記車輪に連結する左右の車軸を同軸芯で支持するリジッドアクスル型の左右の車軸ケースと、
前記車体フレームに対し左右の前記車軸ケースを各別に支持する左右のサスペンション機構と、
前記車体フレームの左右方向の一方から下方に突出する第1突出部と、
左右の前記車軸ケースと、左右の前記車軸ケースに一体化したフレーム体とのいずれか一方の左右方向で前記第1突出部と反対側の位置から上方に突出する第2突出部と、
前記第1突出部に一方の端部が連結し、前記第2突出部に他方の端部が連結するラテラルロッドとを備え、
左右の前記車軸ケースと、前記フレーム体とのいずれか一方のうち、前記第1突出部の下側となる部位に第1対向部を形成し、前記第1突出部の下端と、前記第1対向部とのいずれか一方に第1緩衝材を備え、
前記車体フレームのうち、前記第2突出部の上側となる部位に第2対向部を形成し、前記第2突出部の上端と、前記第2対向部とのいずれか一方に第2緩衝材を備えている作業車。 - 前記第1対向部が、前記フレーム体の上面であり、前記第1緩衝材が前記第1突出部の下面に設けられ、
前記第2対向部が、前記車体フレームから下方に突出する棒状部材の下面であり、前記第2緩衝材が前記第2対向部に設けられている請求項1に記載の作業車。 - 前記第1緩衝材と前記第2緩衝材とが、前後方向視で前記車体の中央を基準に左右方向で非対称となる高さに配置されている請求項1又は2に記載の作業車。
- 前記車輪が、前記車体の後部に備えられた後車輪である請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の作業車。
