Description
Claims (12)
- 内燃機関(4)であって、
クランクシャフト(12)にトルクを供給できる可動部(13,14,15,16,18)に接続されたクランクシャフト(12)を収納するクランクチャンバ(8)と、
前記クランクシャフト(12)及び/または前記可動部(13,14,15,16,18)に潤滑油を差すように構成された潤滑回路(20)と、
前記潤滑油を集めるための油受け(24)と、を備え、
前記内燃機関(4)は、前記油受け(24)から前記クランクチャンバ(8)を分離する分離隔壁(32)を備え、
前記潤滑回路(20)は、第1のオイルポンプ(36)と第2のオイルポンプ(40)を備え、
前記第1のオイルポンプ(36)は、吸引で前記クランクチャンバ(8)と流体接続され、排出で前記油受け(24)と流体接続され、前記第2のオイルポンプ(40)は、前記潤滑回路(20)によって、吸引で前記油受け(24)と流体接続され、排出で前記クランクチャンバ(8)と流体接続され、前記クランクチャンバ(8)に前記油を再導入し、前記可動部(13,14,15,16,18)に油を差し、
前記クランクチャンバ(8)は、前記第1のオイルポンプ(36)の吸引側から前記油を集めるような形状にされたオイルスクレーパフィン(64)を備え、
前記オイルスクレーパフィン(64)は、前記クランクシャフト(12)のカウンタウェイト(16)をかするように、前記カウンタウェイト(16)と反対の形状にされている、内燃機関(4)。 - 前記第1及び第2のオイルポンプ(36,40)は、互いに直列に配置されている、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第1及び第2のオイルポンプ(36,40)は、前記第1のオイルポンプ(36)の排出流量(P1)が、前記第2のオイルポンプ(40)の排出流量(P2)より少ないような大きさである、請求項1または2に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第1のオイルポンプ(36)は、前記分離隔壁(32)の底部(60)に集められた前記油の第1の吸引ダクト(44)を有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第2のオイルポンプ(40)は、前記第1のオイルポンプ(36)と同軸である、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第1及び/または第2のオイルポンプ(36,40)は、容積型ポンプである、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第1及び/または第2のオイルポンプ(36,40)は、ローブ式容積型ポンプである、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記第1及び第2のオイルポンプ(36,40)は、動作手段(76)に動作可能なように接続された駆動軸(72)上に設けられた羽根(68)を備える、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記オイルスクレーパフィン(64)は、動作中の前記クランクシャフト(12)の回転の方向に対する油の広がりに障壁を作り出すように配置される、請求項1に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記油受け(24)は、前記クランクチャンバ(8)の下に設置される、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 前記油受け(24)は、前記内燃機関(4)の残りと接続する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関(4)を備えるオートバイ。
