Claims (9)
- 上面と下面とを有し前記上面と前記下面とを接続する貫通孔を有する非磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記上面に直接接するように形成された第1の磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記下面に直接接するように形成された第2の磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記貫通孔に、前記第1の磁性体層と前記第2の磁性体層との間において、その軸芯が上下方向に延伸するように設けられた磁芯と、
前記非磁性体層に埋め込まれ、前記磁芯の周りに巻回された第1のコイル導体と、
前記非磁性体層に埋め込まれ、前記磁芯の周りに巻回された第2のコイル導体と、
前記磁芯の上面と前記第1の磁性体層の下面との間に設けられた第1の磁気ギャップと、
を備える、
コモンモードチョークコイル。 - 前記磁芯は、その上面の面積が前記軸芯に垂直な方向における前記磁芯の断面積以上となるように構成される、請求項1に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。
- 前記磁芯は、前記軸芯に沿った方向において互いに離間した第1の部分と第2の部分とを有し、
前記第1の部分と前記第2の部分との間に設けられ、非磁性材料から成る第2の磁気ギャップをさらに備え、前記第2の磁気ギャップは、その上下方向の厚さが前記第1のギャップの上下方向の厚さよりも小さくなるように形成されている、請求項1又は請求項2に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。 - 前記第1のコイル導体は、前記第2のコイル導体よりも前記第1の磁性体層の近くに配置され、
前記第1の磁気ギャップの上下方向の厚さは、前記第1のコイル導体の上面と前記第1の磁性体層との間隔よりも小さい、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。 - 前記第1の磁性体層の下面と前記第2の磁性体層の上面との間隔に対する前記第1の磁気ギャップの上下方向の厚さの比が0.1より小さい、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。
- 前記第1の磁性体層の下面と前記第2の磁性体層の上面との間隔に対する前記第1の磁気ギャップの上下方向の厚さと前記第2の磁気ギャップの上下方向の厚さとの合計の厚さの比が0.1より小さい、請求項3に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。
- 前記磁芯はフェライト材を含む、請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。
- 前記第1の磁気ギャップは、空隙である、
請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか1項に記載のコモンモードチョークコイル。 - 上面と下面とを有し前記上面と前記下面とを接続する貫通孔を有する非磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記上面に直接接するように形成された第1の磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記下面に直接接し、その上面に凹部を有する第2の磁性体層と、
前記非磁性体層の前記貫通孔に、前記第1の磁性体層と前記第2の磁性体層との間において、その軸芯が上下方向に延伸し、その一部が前記第2の磁性体層の前記凹部内に突出するように設けられた磁芯と、
前記非磁性体層に埋め込まれ、前記磁芯の周りに巻回された第1のコイル導体と、
前記非磁性体層に埋め込まれ、前記磁芯の周りに巻回された第2のコイル導体と、
前記磁芯の下面と前記第2の磁性体層の上面との間に設けられた磁気ギャップと、
を備える、
コモンモードチョークコイル。
