Description
[1] ダンパー開閉装置10は、空調用の開口12に設置されるダンパー開閉装置であって、開閉蓋18と、電力供給が行われている期間に、開閉蓋18を保持して開口12を開状態とし、電力供給が停止した際に開閉蓋18の保持を開放して開口12を閉状態とする保持機構20と、電力供給が行われている期間に、開閉蓋18が閉状態である場合に、開閉蓋18を保持機構20による保持の状態に復帰する復帰機構24と、を有する。
Claims (4)
- 空調用の開口(12)に設置されるダンパー開閉装置(10)であって、
開閉蓋(18)と、
電力供給が行われている期間に、前記開閉蓋(18)を保持して前記開口(12)を開状態とし、前記電力供給が停止した際に前記開閉蓋(18)の保持を開放して前記開口(12)を閉状態とする保持機構(20)と、
前記電力供給が行われている期間に、前記開閉蓋(18)が前記閉状態である場合に、前記開閉蓋(18)を前記保持機構(20)による前記保持の状態に復帰する復帰機構(24)と、を有し、
前記復帰機構(24)は、
第1ブレイク接点(78a)及び第2ブレイク接点(78b)と、
前記第1ブレイク接点(78a)及び前記第2ブレイク接点(78b)のうち、少なくとも1つの接点のオン状態に基づいて回転駆動するモータ(40)と、
前記モータ(40)の回転駆動に伴って、初期位置から前記開閉蓋(18)を開く方向に回転するアーム(42)と、を有し、
前記第1ブレイク接点(78a)は、前記開閉蓋(18)の開状態に基づいてオフ状態とされ、
前記第2ブレイク接点(78b)は、前記アーム(42)の前記初期位置への復帰に基づいてオフ状態とされ、
前記ダンパー開閉装置(10)は、
前記モータ(40)の駆動によって回転し、前記開閉蓋(18)を開く方向に前記アーム(42)を回転するクランクプレート(80)と、
前記モータ(40)の駆動によって前記クランクプレート(80)と共に回転するカムプレート(56)と、を更に有し、
前記カムプレート(56)は、前記アーム(42)の前記初期位置への復帰に基づいて、前記第2ブレイク接点(78b)をオフ状態にするカム面(56a)を有する、ダンパー開閉装置(10)。 - 請求項1記載のダンパー開閉装置(10)において、
前記保持機構(20)は、前記開閉蓋(18)を電磁的に保持する電磁チャック(30)を有する、ダンパー開閉装置(10)。 - 請求項1又は2記載のダンパー開閉装置(10)において、
前記保持機構(20)による前記開閉蓋(18)の保持が開放された際の前記開閉蓋(18)の動きは、前記開閉蓋(18)の自重によるものである、ダンパー開閉装置(10)。 - 請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のダンパー開閉装置(10)において、
前記開閉蓋(18)の開状態は、前記開閉蓋(18)が前記保持機構(20)によって保持された状態であり、
前記第2ブレイク接点(78b)は、前記第1ブレイク接点(78a)がオフ状態となった後に、前記アーム(42)の前記初期位置への復帰に基づいてオフ状態とされる、ダンパー開閉装置(10)。
