-有利には、混合器中のグリセロールを含有する希釈された物質混合物の製造のための再使用のために、抽出剤によって純粋なプロパノールとプロセス水とを分離し、抽出回路のための抽出剤が処理カスケード中で回収され、好ましくはプロセス水もまた回収される、処理カスケード11、
のうち1つ又は複数を含む。
Claims (9)
- グリセロールを含有する物質混合物のプロパノールへの固定床反応器(2)中における触媒変換のための方法であって、
触媒の基材が無機材料及び/又は金属酸化物を含み、
前記基材が10~25Åの表面における孔径を備え、
前記触媒が、シリコタングステン酸又はリンタングステン酸、及び白金、ルテニウム、銅又はニッケルを含み、
グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物が、粗製グリセロールであり、
前記粗製グリセロールが、少なくとも60wt%のグリセロール分を有する液体混合物であり、
前記液体混合物が、ナトリウム、カリウム、カルシウム、マグネシウム及び/又は塩素及びリンを含む1~10wt%のミネラル分、並びに5wt%より多い水分を含有し、かつ
グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物の反応が、固定床反応器(2)中で連続的に行われる、
触媒変換のための方法。 - 前記基材が押出ペレットであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記固定床反応器(2)が単段式であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- シリコン、タングステン、ジルコニウム及び/又はアルミニウムの混合酸化物が、前記触媒の基材として使用される、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 以下の工程のうち1つ又は複数を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の方法:
貯蔵コンテナ(3)からグリセロールを含有する物質混合物を取り出す工程、
グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物をろ過する工程、及び/又は
混合器(5)中で、グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物を水と混合する工程。 - 以下の工程のうち1つ又は複数を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載の方法:
グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物を、熱交換器(6)を用いて加熱する工程、
グリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物に水素を添加する工程、
方法が断熱となるように、反応前のグリセロールを含有する前記物質混合物への熱輸送のために、固定床反応器(2)中で反応した物質混合物の熱を熱交換器(6)に戻す工程。 - 水素が、固定床反応器(2)中で反応した前記物質混合物から分離装置(9)によって回収されることを特徴とする、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応が、固定床反応器(2)中で、150~300℃の温度で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 反応が、固定床反応器(2)中で、10~100barの圧力で行われることを特徴とする、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
