Claims (22)
- 分岐ポリエチレンの含有量a:10≦a≦100部であり、EPRの含有量b:0≦b≦90部であるゴムマトリックスと、ゴムマトリックス100重量部に対して、カチオン光開始剤およびラジカル光開始剤の少なくとも一つを含む開始剤0.1~10部と、を含むゴム組成物であって、分岐ポリエチレンは、エチレンホモポリマーであって、分岐度が80~105分岐/1000炭素、重量平均分子量が25.0万~40.0万、ムーニー粘度ML(1+4)125℃が40~95であることを特徴とするゴム組成物。
- 前記開始剤の含有量が0.5~5部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記カチオン光開始剤は、芳香族ジアゾニウム塩、ジアリールヨードニウム塩、トリアリールスルホニウム塩、アルキルスルホニウム塩、フェロセニウム塩、スルホニルオキシケトン、およびトリアリールシロキサンの少なくとも一つを含み、前記トリアリールスルホニウム塩は、トリアリールスルホニウムヘキサフルオロホスフェートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記ラジカル光開始剤は、分子内開裂型または分子間水素引き抜き型光開始剤の少なくとも一つを含み、前記分子内開裂型または分子間水素引き抜き型光開始剤は、ベンゾフェノン、ジフェニルエタノン、ジアルコキシアセトフェノン、ベンゾインジメチルエーテル、α-ヒドロキシイソブチリルベンゼン、アシルホスフィンオキサイド、ペンゾインイソプロピルエーテル、ベンゾインn-ブチルエステル、アントラキノン、フルオレノンの少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- ゴムマトリックス100重量部に対して、架橋剤0.1~5部、酸化防止剤0.01~2部、可塑剤3~25部、金属酸化物0~10部、無機充填剤0~200部、カップリング剤0.3~5部を含む補助成分をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記架橋剤は、トリアリルシアヌレート、トリアリルイソシアヌレート、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、ペンタエリスリトールトリアリルエーテル、ペンタエリスリトールエステルテトラアリルエーテルの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記可塑剤は、ポリエチレンワックス、パインタール油、モーター油、アロマオイル、ナフテン油、パラフィン油、微結晶パラフィン、クマロン樹脂の少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記金属酸化物は、酸化亜鉛、酸化マグネシウム、酸化カルシウム、一酸化鉛、四酸化三鉛の少なくとも一つであることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記無機充填剤は、シリカ、炭酸カルシウム、タルク粉、焼成クレー、ケイ酸マグネシウム、炭酸マグネシウム、水酸化アルミニウム、水酸化マグネシウムの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記カップリング剤は、ビニルトリス(2-メトキシエトキシ)シラン、γ-グリシジルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メルカプトプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ-メタクリロイルオキシプロピルトリメトキシシランの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 前記酸化防止剤は、2,6-ジ-tert-ブチルフェノール、2,4,6-トリ-tert-ブチルフェノール、4,4’-チオビス(6-tert-ブチル-3-メチルフェノール)、亜リン酸トリフェニル、亜リン酸トリ(2,4-ジ-tert-ブチルフェニル)、亜リン酸トリイソオクチル、トリクレジルホスフェート、ペンタエリスリトールテトラキス[3-(3’,5’-ジ-tert-ブチル-4’-ヒドロキシフェニル)プロピオン酸]、チオジプロピオン酸ジラウリル、ラウリルステアリルチオジプロピオネートまたはジトリデシルチオジプロピオネートの少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のゴム組成物。
- 100重量部で、前記ゴムマトリックスのうち、分岐度が82~102分岐/1000炭素、分岐ポリエチレンの含有量a:10≦a≦100部であり、EPMとEPDMの含有量b:0≦b≦90部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム組成物。
- 密閉式混練機の温度と回転子の回転数を設定し、ゴムマトリックスを添加して予備加圧して混練するゴム混練と成形工程である工程1と、
次いで残りの成分を順次に添加し、十分に混練した後にゴムを排出させる工程2と、
オープンロールで薄通ししてから、混練ゴムをプレス加硫機で加圧することでサンプルを作製し、紫外光で放射線架橋してから放置する工程3と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物の加工方法。 - 導体層と絶縁層とを含む電線において、前記絶縁層が請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする電線。
- 導体層と、絶縁層と、シース層とを含むケーブルにおいて、前記絶縁層およびシース層の少なくとも一つが請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とするケーブル。
- (1)密閉式混練機の温度と回転子の回転数を設定し、ゴムマトリックスを添加して予備加圧して混練し、次いで残りの成分を順次に添加し、十分に混練した後にゴムを排出させるゴム混練工程と、
(2)混練ゴムを二軸スクリュー押出機により押出してケーブル絶縁材料又はシース材料を製造し、次にケーブルの導電線コア上に絶縁層になるように溶融押出して被覆した直後、紫外放射線架橋装置で絶縁層に対して溶融状態オンライン連続の紫外放射線架橋を行い、検査およびケーブル成形された後、シース層になるように溶融押出して被覆した直後、紫外放射線架橋装置でシース層に対して溶融状態オンライン連続の紫外放射線架橋を行う押出と架橋工程と、
(3)検査して印字し、ケーブルの最終製品を得る工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のケーブルの製造方法。 - 使用されるゴム混合物が請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする医療用カテーテル。
- (1)密閉式混練機の温度と回転子の回転数を設定し、ゴムマトリックスを添加して予備加圧して混練し、次いで残りの成分を順次に添加し、十分に混練した後にゴムを排出させるゴム混練工程と、
(2)混練ゴムを二軸スクリュー押出機によりゴムホースになるように押出した直後、紫外放射線架橋装置でゴム混合物に対して溶融状態オンライン連続の紫外放射線架橋を行うことで、医療用カテーテルを得る押出と加硫工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項17に記載の医療用カテーテルの製造方法。 - 使用されるゴム混合物が請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とするコンドーム。
- (1)密閉式混練機の温度と回転子の回転数を設定し、ゴムマトリックスを添加して予備加圧して混練し、次いで残りの成分を順次に添加し、十分に混練した後にゴムを排出させるゴム混練工程と、
(2)混練ゴムを溶媒に溶解してから、乳化分散してラテックスを得るラテックスの調製工程と、
(3)金型がラテックスに数回浸漬されて乾燥された後、紫外光で放射し、クリンピング、離型、仕上げ、電気検査、および包装を行い、最後にコンドームを得る浸漬成形工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載のコンドームの製造方法。 - 使用されるゴム混合物が請求項1~12のいずれか一項に記載のゴム組成物からなることを特徴とする手袋。
- (1)密閉式混練機の温度と回転子の回転数を設定し、ゴムマトリックスを添加して予備加圧して混練し、次いで残りの成分を順次に添加し、十分に混練した後にゴムを排出させるゴム混練工程と、
(2)混練ゴムを溶媒に溶解してから、乳化分散してラテックスを得るラテックスの調製工程と、
(3)金型を洗浄してベーキングした後、凝固剤に浸漬して乾燥させ、ラテックスに浸漬して引き上げ、紫外放射線架橋して放置し、ビード塗布し、クリンピングし、離型し、仕上げするという手順を経て、手袋を得る浸漬成形工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする請求項21に記載の手袋の製造方法。
