Description
制御装置が、Z軸とW軸との間の平行度誤差を相殺する方向にテーブルのB軸に沿った回転し、平行度誤差が含む成分に応じてX軸に沿った移動をすることによって、平行度誤差を補正するようにX軸駆動装置及びB軸駆動装置を制御するマシニングセンタである。

Claims (2)
- ワークと回転する工具とを相対的に移動させて、ワークを加工するマシニングセンタにおいて、
基台と、
ワークを支持するテーブルと、
工具を主軸の回転軸線周りに回転させる主軸頭と、
テーブルを主軸の回転軸線に対して平行なZ軸に沿って基台に対して移動させるZ軸駆動装置と、
主軸頭を主軸の回転軸線に対して平行なW軸に沿って基台に対して移動させるW軸駆動装置と、
主軸頭を主軸の回転軸線に対して垂直なY軸に沿って基台に対して移動させるY軸駆動装置と、
テーブルをY軸に対して平行な回転軸線周りのB軸に沿って回転させるB軸駆動装置と、
主軸頭を主軸の回転軸線及びY軸の双方に対して垂直なX軸に沿って基台に対して移動させるX軸駆動装置と、
テーブルと主軸頭とをそれぞれX軸、Y軸、Z軸、B軸、並びにW軸に沿って移動させて、これによって、回転する工具がワークを加工するように、X軸駆動装置、Y軸駆動装置、Z軸駆動装置、B軸駆動装置、並びにW軸駆動装置とを制御する、制御装置と、
を備え、
制御装置が、Z軸とW軸との間の平行度誤差を相殺する方向にテーブルのB軸に沿って回転し、平行度誤差が含む成分に応じてX軸に沿って移動することによって、平行度誤差を補正するようにX軸駆動装置及びB軸駆動装置を制御することを特徴としたマシニングセンタ。 - 制御装置が、Z軸とW軸との間の平行度誤差に基づいて、更に主軸頭のY軸に沿った移動によって平行度誤差を補正するように、Y軸駆動装置を制御する、
請求項1に記載のマシニングセンタ。
