Abstract
【解決手段】 C軸割出し方向に回動自在に設けたターニングテーブル1をコラム2に対してY軸方向に移動自在に設け、このコラム2にX軸方向にクロスレール3を横設し、このクロスレール3に刃物台案内部4をX軸方向に移動自在に設け、この刃物台案内部4にZ軸方向に刃物台5を移動自在に設け、この刃物台5に工具取付部6をA軸割出し方向に回動自在に設け、刃物台5にラム8をZ軸方向に移動自在に設け、このラム8の下端部に少なくともワークWの深穴内径旋削加工を行う工具7を設けた工作機械。

Claims (5)
- ターニングテーブルに対して立設状態に設けたコラムの所定高さ位置にクロスレールを横設し、このクロスレールに刃物台案内部を移動自在に設け、この刃物台案内部に上下方向たるZ軸方向に刃物台を移動自在に設け、この刃物台に工具取付部を回動自在に設けて、この工具取付部に設けた工具の加工方向を割出し回動調整自在若しくは工具を回動切り換え選択自在に設け、この回動自在に工具取付部を設けた前記刃物台にラムをZ軸方向に移動自在に設け、このラムの下端部に少なくともワークの深穴内径旋削加工を行う工具を設けたことを特徴とする工作機械。
- C軸割出し方向に回動自在に設けたターニングテーブルをコラムに対してY軸方向に移動自在若しくはコラムを前記ターニングテーブルに対してY軸方向に移動自在に設けて、ターニングテーブル上のワークに対してコラムをY軸方向に相対移動自在に設け、このコラムの所定高さ位置に前記Y軸方向と直交するX軸方向にクロスレールを横設し、このクロスレールに刃物台案内部をX軸方向に移動自在に設け、この刃物台案内部に上下方向たるZ軸方向に刃物台を移動自在に設け、この刃物台に工具取付部をA軸若しくはB軸割出し方向に回動自在に設けて、この工具取付部に設けた工具の加工方向を割出し回動調整自在若しくは工具を回動切り換え選択自在に設け、この回動自在に工具取付部を設けた前記刃物台にラムをZ軸方向に移動自在に設け、このラムの下端部に少なくともワークWの深穴内径旋削加工を行う工具を設けたことを特徴とする工作機械。
- 前記クロスレールのZ軸方向幅は、前記刃物台のZ軸方向幅よりも大きい幅広な構成とし、このクロスレールと直交するZ軸方向に長さを有する縦レールを前記刃物台案内部としてクロスレールに沿ってX軸方向に移動自在に設けると共に、この刃物台案内部に沿って前記刃物台を、Z軸方向に少なくとも前記クロスレールのZ幅方向幅若しくはそれ以上の所定範囲内で移動自在に設けたことを特徴とする請求項1,2のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記回動自在に設けた工具取付部と並設させてこの工具取付部を設けた前記刃物台に、必要に応じて径小な小外径に設定した前記ラムをZ軸方向に移動自在に設け、このラムの下端部に設けた工具を前記刃物台のZ軸方向の移動によってワークに対して接離自在に設け、この刃物台に設けたラムのZ軸方向の移動によってワークの深穴内に前記ラムを介して工具を挿入して小径深穴の内径旋削加工を行うように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
- 前記工具取付部の回動方向をY軸方向としてA軸割出し自在に構成し、少なくともこの工具取付部を割出し回動してこの工具取付部に設けた工具の加工方向を割出し回動調整自在に構成したことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械。
