Description
Claims (5)
- 車両のフロアパネル上の右側または左側に電源装置を固定する車両用電源固定構造において、
前記電源装置の車幅方向内側から延びる所定のケーブルと、
前記電源装置の車両前側に沿って前記フロアパネルに設置され該電源装置よりも車幅方向外側に延びている前側プロテクタと、
前記電源装置の車両後側に沿って前記フロアパネルに設置され該電源装置よりも車幅方向外側に延びている後側プロテクタとを備え、
前記前側プロテクタおよび前記後側プロテクタのうち一方は、他方よりも車幅方向外側からの荷重に対する剛性が低いことを特徴とする車両用電源固定構造。 - 前記一方は前記後側プロテクタであり、該後側プロテクタは、前記電源装置および前側プロテクタよりも車幅方向内側に延びていて該前側プロテクタよりも剛性の低い脆弱部を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源固定構造。
- 前記前側プロテクタおよび前記後側プロテクタの一部は、座席用の左右一対のスライドレールのうち車幅方向外側のスライドレールと前記フロアパネルとの間の空間に挿入されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用電源固定構造。
- 前記電源装置の内側下部から車幅方向内側に延びて前記フロアパネルに接続される脚部を備え、
前記後側プロテクタは、前記電源装置よりも車幅方向内側に延びて前記脚部に接続されていて、
前記後側プロテクタは、前記電源装置よりも車幅方向内側の箇所に脆弱部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源固定構造。 - 前記フロアパネルには前記ケーブルを通す所定の貫通孔が設けられていて、
当該車両用電源装置固定構造は、前記電源装置を前記フロアパネルの前記貫通孔の車幅方向外側に固定するものであって、
前記貫通孔の前側および後側に到達するよう前記電源装置から車幅方向内側に延びる一対の脚部と、
前記一対の脚部それぞれから前記フロアパネルに向かって屈曲して該フロアパネルに接続される接続部とを有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用電源固定構造。
