Description
本出願は、2018年12月7日付で出願された韓国特許出願第10-2018-0156716号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願文献に開示された全ての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれる。
本発明による粘着樹脂は、下記[化学式1]で表される単量体、架橋性官能基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体及びアルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含む単量体混合物を重合して形成されるアクリル系共重合体を含む。
次に、本発明による粘着剤組成物に対して説明する。

(Ra)nSi(Rb)4-n
前記化学式2において、Raは、β-シアノアセチル基、アセトアセチル基又はアセトアセチルアルキル基であり、Rbは、アルコキシ基であり、nは、1から3の整数である。このとき、前記化学式2に含まれるアルキル基又はアルコキシ基は、炭素数が1~20、1~16、1~12、1~8又は1~4であってよく、直鎖又は分枝鎖の形態であってよい。
次に、本発明による偏光板に対して説明する。
次に、本発明のディスプレイ装置に対して説明する。
窒素ガスが還流され、温度調節が容易なように冷却装置を設置した3L反応器にブチルアクリレート(BA)98重量部、ヒドロキシブチルアクリレート(HBA)1.6重量部、化学式1-3で表される単量体0.4重量部を含む単量体混合物を投入し、溶剤として酢酸エチル(EAc)60重量部を投入した。次いで、酸素除去のために窒素ガスを60分間パージング(purging)した後、温度を70℃に維持した。その後、重合開始剤としてアゾビス(2-4-ジメチルバレロニトリル(V-65、製造社:Wako)0.02重量部を投入して反応させ、アクリル系共重合体Aを製造した。
アクリル共重合体製造時に用いられた単量体の種類及び含量を下記表1及び表2に記載された通りに変更し、必要に応じて分子量調節剤としてn-ドデシルメルカプタン(n-DDM、シグマアルドリッチ)を添加した点を除いては、実施例1と同一の方法でアクリル系共重合体B~Kを製造した。
1.重量平均分子量:
実施例及び比較例により製造されたアクリル系共重合体の重量平均分子量をGPCを用いて下記条件で測定した。検量線の製作にはAgilent systemの標準ポリスチレンを用いた。
測定器:Agilent GPC(Agulent 1200 series、米国)
カラム:PL Mixed B 2個連結
コラム温度:40℃
溶離液:テトラヒドロフラン
流速:1.0mL/分
濃度:~1mg/mL(100μL注入)
実施例及び比較例により製造されたアクリル系共重合体の高分子構造を下記のような方法で評価した。
コーティング固形分は下記のような方法で測定した。
式(1):コーティング固形分(%)={(C-A)/(B-A)}×100
粘着剤組成物のコーティング粘度は、測定器(Brookfield digital viscometer、RV DV2T)を用いて下記手続きにより評価した。
実施例及び比較例により製造された偏光板を幅10mm、長さ10mmのサイズに裁断して試料を製造した。次いで、粘着層に付着された離型PETフィルムを剥離し、JIS Z 0237規定によって2kgのローラを用いて偏光板を無アルカリガラスに付着し、測定用試料を製造した。その後、前記測定用試料を恒温恒湿条件(23℃、50% R.H.)で5日間保管した後、TA装置(Texture Analyzer、イギリスのStable Micro Systems社製)を用いてそれぞれのクリープ距離を測定した。具体的には、前記クリープ距離は、1,000gの荷重で1,000秒間測定用試料の偏光板を引っ張った時、前記偏光板がガラス基板から押された距離(単位:μm)で測定した。
実施例及び比較例により製造された偏光板を恒温恒湿条件(23℃、50% R.H.)でそれぞれ5日間保管した後、幅25mm、長さ100mmになるように裁断して試料を製造した。次いで、粘着層に付着された離型PETフィルムを剥離し、JIS Z 0237規定によって2kgのローラを用いて偏光板を無アルカリガラスに付着し、測定用試料を製造した。
実施例及び比較例により製造された偏光板を180mm×250mm(長さ×幅)の大きさで裁断してサンプルを製造し、前記サンプルをガラス基板上に付着して測定用試料を製作した。
<評価基準>
OK:気泡及び剥離発生なし
NG:気泡及び/又は剥離発生
Claims (11)
- 下記[化学式1]で表される単量体、
架橋性官能基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体、及び
アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体を含む単量体混合物を重合して形成されるアクリル系共重合体を含み、
前記架橋性官能基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体が、ヒドロキシ基含有単量体、又はカルボキシ基含有単量体である、粘着樹脂。
F1は、-COOH、又は-SH、
X1は、単結合、-O-、-NH-、炭素数1~10のアルキレン基、又はこれらの組み合わせ、
X2は、単結合、炭素数1~10のアルキレン基、-OCO-、又はこれらの組み合わせ、
R1は、水素又は炭素数1から4のアルキル基、
R2は、単結合又は炭素数1~10のアルキレン基、
R3は、炭素数6~20の3価のアリール又は炭素数1~10の3価の飽和炭化水素である。 - 前記アクリル系共重合体は、重量平均分子量が500,000g/molから1,500,000g/molである、請求項1に記載の粘着樹脂。
- 前記アクリル系共重合体は、分枝状(branch)高分子構造を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の粘着樹脂。
- 前記単量体混合物は、[化学式1]で表される単量体を前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して0.01から1重量部で含む、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の粘着樹脂。
- 前記単量体混合物は、前記単量体混合物100重量部に対して、
前記アルキル(メタ)アクリレート系単量体84重量部から99.89重量部と、
架橋性官能基を有する(メタ)アクリル系単量体0.1から15重量部と、
[化学式1]で表される単量体0.01から1重量部と、を含む、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の粘着樹脂。 - 請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の粘着樹脂;及び多官能性硬化剤を含む光学部材用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記多官能性硬化剤は、イソシアネート系化合物、エポキシ系化合物、アジリジン系化合物、及び金属キレート系化合物からなる群から選択される1種以上を含む、請求項7に記載の光学部材用粘着剤組成物。
- 前記多官能性硬化剤は、粘着樹脂100重量部に対して0.01から1重量部で含まれる、請求項7又は8に記載の光学部材用粘着剤組成物。
- 請求項7~9のいずれか一項に記載の前記光学部材用粘着剤組成物の硬化物を含む粘着層を含む偏光板。
- 請求項10に記載の偏光板を含むディスプレイ装置。
