Claims (16)
- 骨の骨折を処置するためのシステムであって、
前記骨と係合するように構成された骨プレートであって、前記骨プレートが近位端部、遠位端部、頭部分、首部分及びシャフト部分を備え、前記頭部分が第1の孔列及び第2の孔列を備え、その中に1つ以上の締結具を受容し、前記シャフト部分が少なくとも1つの追加の孔を備え、その中に締結具を受容する、骨プレートと、
前記頭部分内に受容され、かつ前記第1の孔列内及び前記第2の孔列内の少なくとも何れかに位置付けられる複数の締結具と、
前記シャフト部分内に受容され、かつ前記少なくとも1つの追加の孔内に位置付けられる少なくとも1つの締結具と、
前記骨プレート内への1つ以上の締結具の挿入を補助するための照準ガイドと、を備え、
前記第1の孔列は少なくとも3つの孔を有し、
前記第1の孔列及び前記第2の孔列は前記頭部分に対して交差するように側方に伸び、
前記首部分はねじ山付き器具取付孔及び前記器具取付孔に隣接する複数の陥凹を備え、前記複数の陥凹及び前記ねじ山付き器具取付孔は、照準ガイドと前記骨プレートとが連結するように、照準ガイドと協調するように構成され、
前記第1の孔列は前記骨プレートの前記近位端部に隣接するように配置され、
前記第1の孔列の孔は、前記第2の孔列の孔よりも小さい、システム。 - 前記頭部分は、前記骨プレートの最も幅が広い部分を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の孔列は、2~3mmの直径を有する孔からなり、前記第2の孔列は、3~4mmの直径を有する孔からなる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の孔列は、前記第2の孔列よりも前記近位端部に近い、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフト部分は、3つのキックスタンド孔を備え、
前記キックスタンド孔は、前記キックスタンド孔の軌道が前記骨プレートの前記近位端部に向かう方向に配置される、請求項1に記載のシステム。 - 前記首部分は、細長い位置決めスロットを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記位置決めスロットは、前記骨プレートのあらゆる孔の少なくとも2倍の長さである、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフト部分は、少なくとも4つの孔を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフト部分内の前記少なくとも4つの孔は、1つ以上の圧縮スロットを含み、
前記圧縮スロットは、前記骨の前記シャフト部分内への非係止ねじの静的挿入を許容し、前記非係止ねじの偏心挿入を通して前記骨の前記シャフト部分に沿った圧縮を許容する、請求項8に記載のシステム。 - 前記照準ガイドは、近位照準ガイドに取り付け可能な遠位照準ガイドを備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記近位照準ガイドは、前記照準ガイドの少なくとも1つのガイド孔を前記骨プレートの前記頭部分の少なくとも1つの孔に対応するように調整するための回転可能ダイヤルを備える、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記頭部分は、kワイヤまたは縫合糸を受容するための少なくとも1つの孔を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの孔は、前記骨プレート内の逃げ溝に隣接して位置付けられる、請求項12に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフト部分は、一対の孔を備え、その中に締結具を受容し、前記一対の孔は、圧縮スロットに隣接する積層孔を備え、
前記積層孔は、ねじ山の開口の上端に半球状の開口が積層された孔であり、
前記圧縮スロットは、前記骨の前記シャフト部分内への非係止ねじの静的挿入を許容し、前記非係止ねじの偏心挿入を通して前記骨の前記シャフト部分に沿った圧縮を許容する、請求項10に記載のシステム。 - 前記シャフト部分は、前記骨に接触する波形接触表面を備える、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記シャフト部分内に受容される前記少なくとも1つの締結具は、ねじ山付きである、請求項10に記載のシステム。
