Description
Claims (15)
- 電子部品に温度ヒューズをスナップフィットするためのホルダであって、
前記電子部品を含む担体に前記ホルダを取り付けるための底面であって、前記電子部品を収容するための開口部を含む底面と、
第2壁部に平行な第1壁部であって、前記第1壁部及び前記第2壁部が、各々、前記電子部品に前記温度ヒューズをスナップフィットするための突出部を含む第1壁部と、
第3壁部であって、前記第3壁部が、前記温度ヒューズの少なくとも1つの導線をぐるりと曲げるための縁端部を含み、前記底面と前記縁端部との間の最短距離が、前記底面と前記突出部のうちの1つとの間の最短距離よりも大きい第3壁部とを有するホルダ。 - 前記第1壁部、前記第2壁部及び前記第3壁部が、前記底面に対して垂直であり、且つ/又は前記底面から突出する請求項1に記載のホルダ。
- 前記縁端部が、前記温度ヒューズの前記少なくとも1つの導線をそれぞれぐるりと曲げるための少なくとも1つの凹部を有する請求項1乃至2のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記第3壁部が、前記温度ヒューズの第1導線を前記温度ヒューズの第2導線から絶縁するためのリッジを有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記ホルダがポリマ材料を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記電子部品がMOSFETである請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記ホルダが、前記担体に前記ホルダを取り付けるためのはんだ付けピンを有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記突出部の各々が、前記底面に面する下縁を有し、前記下縁が、段付きプロファイルを有する請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記底面が、前記温度ヒューズの前記少なくとも1つの導線をそれぞれ挿入するための少なくとも1つの孔を有する請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 前記少なくとも1つの孔が漏斗形状を有する請求項9に記載のホルダ。
- 前記底面が、前記担体において、前記電子部品に対して前記ホルダの位置合わせをするための少なくとも1つの突出部を有する請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載のホルダ。
- 電子部品に温度ヒューズをスナップフィットするためのアセンブリであり、
請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のホルダと、
前記温度ヒューズと、
前記電子部品を含む担体とを有するアセンブリであって、
前記ホルダが、前記ホルダの前記底面の前記開口部が前記電子部品を収容するように、前記担体に取り付けられ、
前記温度ヒューズが、前記第1壁部と前記第2壁部との間で前記電子部品にスナップフィットされ、
前記温度ヒューズが、少なくとも1つの導線を有し、前記少なくとも1つの導線が、前記第3壁部の前記縁端部に沿って曲げられるアセンブリ。 - 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のホルダを有する担体。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のホルダを有する照明デバイス。
- 電子部品に温度ヒューズをスナップフィットするための、請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載のホルダの使用。
