Claims (15)
- 橋梁における車道移行部または舗道移行部を封止するための施工継目架橋装置(10)であって、前記施工継目架橋装置(10)は少なくとも1つの支持部(11、12)と少なくとも1つの継目封止用形材(1)とを備え、前記継目封止用形材(1)は少なくとも部分的に弾性材料で構成され、前記施工継目架橋装置(10)の前記支持部(11、12)への固締用の保持部(2、3)を少なくとも1つ有し、
前記支持部(11、12)は、前記継目封止用形材(1)の少なくとも1つの保持部(2、3)を収容するための凹部(A)を備え、
前記凹部(A)はアンダーカットを備え、
前記継目封止用形材(1)の少なくとも1つの保持部(2、3)は前記凹部(A)に挿入される、
施工継目架橋装置(10)において、
前記保持部(2、3)と各凹部(A)との間に形状嵌合式および力係止式の構成要素接続を形成するために、前記保持部(2、3)の体積が増大するように、前記保持部(2、3)は化学的、熱的、および/または物理的暴露によって活性化可能な材料組成物(4)を少なくとも複数部分に有する、
ことを特徴とする施工継目架橋装置(10)。 - 前記体積の増大は少なくとも部分的に可逆的であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記暴露を液体によって行えるように、前記材料組成物(4)は前記暴露に用いられる前記液体によって膨潤可能な材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記膨潤可能な材料は、鉱物および/または水膨張性ポリマーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記膨潤可能な材料は、ポリアクリル酸系超吸収体とエラストマーキャリア材料とを含む粒体を含むことを特徴とする、請求項3または4に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記材料組成物(4)は、化学物質への暴露によりその体積が増大する材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~5の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記材料組成物(4)は、前記暴露を水によって行えるように、プレポリマーを含み、前記プレポリマーは前記膨張に応じてCO2を放出するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 場の印加によって前記暴露を行えるように、前記材料組成物(4)は前記場に対して親和性がある材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1~7の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 前記保持部(2、3)は、化学的、熱的、および/または物理的暴露にさらされたときに前記対応する凹部(A)との当接を形成するように、設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1~8の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)における継目封止用形材(1)の使用であって、前記継目封止用形材(1)は、少なくとも部分的に弾性材料で構成され、前記施工継目架橋装置(10)の前記支持部(11、12)への固締用の保持部(2、3)を少なくとも1つ有し、
前記継目封止用形材(1)の少なくとも1つの保持部(2、3)は、前記支持部(11、12)が備える前記保持部(2、3)を収容するための凹部(A)であって、アンダーカットを備える凹部(A)に挿入される、
継目封止用形材(1)の使用において、
前記保持部(2、3)と各凹部(A)との間に形状嵌合式および力係止式の構成要素接続を形成するために、前記保持部(2、3)の体積が増大するように、前記保持部(2、3)は化学的、熱的、および/または物理的暴露によって活性化可能な材料組成物(4)を少なくとも複数部分に有する、
ことを特徴とする継目封止用形材(1)の使用。 - 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)の製作方法であって、
前記継目封止用形材(1)は形材として製作され、前記材料組成物(4)は前記形材の前記保持部(2、3)に導入されることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記保持部(2、3)の少なくとも一部分が別個の構成要素として前記材料組成物(4)で製造され、別個の工程ステップにおいて前記形材に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記別個の構成要素は前記形材に加硫接合されることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記継目封止用形材(1)は前記凹部(A)に挿入され、前記保持部(2、3)は、その体積が増大するように、化学的、熱的、および/または物理的暴露にさらされることを特徴とする、請求項11~13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1~9の何れか一項に記載の施工継目架橋装置(10)の分解方法であって、
前記凹部(A)に挿入された前記継目封止用形材(1)の前記保持部(2、3)の前記化学的、熱的、および/または物理的暴露は、前記保持部(2、3)の体積が縮小するように、変更されることを特徴とする方法。
