Claims (16)
- 硬質カプセルシェルを処理する方法であって、
前記硬質カプセルシェルの1部分を加熱する工程であって、前記硬質カプセルシェル内の内部応力を減少させるのに十分な加熱時間の間、前記硬質カプセルシェルのガラス転移温度より高い温度であるが前記硬質カプセルシェルの溶融温度より低い温度に加熱する、加熱工程を有する方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は前記硬質カプセルシェルの溶融温度より2~10℃低い温度に加熱されるものである。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は前記硬質カプセルシェルの溶融温度よりも2~7℃低い温度に加熱されるものである。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は、前記硬質カプセルシェルの溶融温度よりも2~3℃低い温度に加熱されるものである。
- 請求項2記載の方法において、前記加熱工程は、60%未満の相対湿度下で行われるものである、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は、キャップ部分である、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は、キャップ部分が前記硬質カプセルシェルの本体部分と重なる部分である、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記硬質カプセルシェルの前記部分は前記硬質カプセルシェルの全体である、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、

前記加熱工程は、前記硬質カプセルシェルがキャップ部分と本体部分とを互いに嵌合することによって閉じられた後に行われるものである。 - 請求項5記載の方法において、
前記加熱時間は、2秒から12時間である、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記加熱時間は、2秒から1時間である、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、
前記加熱時間は、1時間から12時間である、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルは、この硬質カプセルシェルのキャップ部と本体部との間に締まり嵌め若しくはロック機構を有するものであり、
ロック機構は、
(i)前記キャップ部と本体部の両方に成形されたロックリングと、
(ii)前記キャップ部と本体部との間の界面または継ぎ目に適用するバンディング溶液と、
(iii)前記キャップ部および本体部に成形されたくぼみと、
から選択されるものであり、
この方法は、前記締まり嵌め若しくは前記ロック機構によって応力が生じた領域を加熱するものである、方法。 - 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルは、吸湿性充填材料をカプセルで包むものである、方法。
- 請求項1記載の方法において、前記硬質カプセルシェルが有するポリマーに対する可塑剤の比率は、0~0.25である方法。
